I tried small fries and used Entertainer for one plus one offer.. got cheese and imli toppings .. cheese was average but we loved imli flavor.. expensive as I paid 19 dhms for fries but using entertainer 2 for 1 it’s a good deal .. polite and friendly staff ..

Oh nothing wrong with the melt-in-the-mouth cheesy topped NY fries! They were delicious especially with the salsa topping! The staff on the other hand were equally grouchy and couldnt care less what you ordered, all because we took a bit of time to decide what to order as my friend was new to the food the place offered. Oh and mind you there was just one other person there in a weekday! Use the SMILES app from etisalat for great deals. Compare their customer service at the outlet mall branch and that is something else!

45min after mall opened, cheese sauce on top of fries was not ready (hot). Cashier told us to wait about 20 minutes to take order… if you open at 10am make sure your food is ready.

We ordered chips with chicken chillie flavour and butter chicken flavour. There was this biy i. The cashier and after ordering we said him well be there afyer 5 minutes to collect ours. When we come back he had prepared ours we were in the hurry and just carried our food to table and started eating. He have given us only the butter chicken chips and the other one was not chillie chicken it was vegetarian nuts flavoured chips. My husband didnt want to go backt o them and chnahe it since we were in a hurry. Cannot expect this kind of service in a place like Dubai Mall and this so called new york fries restaurant. Take something basic, add unnecessary things to it and ruin it. This is what NYF is to me. They can add a thousand things to their fries but in my experience, they fries has ZERO salt. That pretty much ruined it for me. Then the nachos toppings and sour cream didnt help either as the fries became soggy and ended up becoming a weird watery mash.Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.Service: The service was quick - the staff is friendly as well.Food: The food here needs improvement. Everything about this place is fine but the food could use some more flavour to it.Location: The location is easy to find but the parking is a bit of an issue so have to wait queit a while during peak times.Recommendations: This place lacks a lot of key factors and I don’t think I will be going back here unless they improve.
