Horrible , I dont advise anyone to eat in KFC , cooked from frozen, not fresh chicken as they can see how black bones and meat. disgusting

For the last two years,.. twice per month came into that kfc. Today when I bought the Maneger it was very rude. and the chicken was very dry ... I write this because I think that service always seems to be good for the client to come back again .. and today I remove it from my list of good places to eat ....i was there today at 2:30pm

More staff needed as the service is not faster as other outlets

I was eating fast food here with my friends at night and there was a big black Indian man in there without a mask and he kept talking to a short Filipino woman and another thin Indian man and both the woman and the thin man were not wearing gloves. It was so unprofessional

Very worst service I had ever, staffs are very rude behavior, there is one guy from Egypt, he is behaving like KFC owned by him, manager also supporting when we ask them about worst quality food, the picture I posted with this review that they served to us.

Not mentioned anymore about KFC, but this are is very congested, heavy traffic and lack of parking availability

The reason to give 2 stars is your customer service, Yesterday Ive been there with my family, unfortunately the counter staff behaved to me very bossy and rude when I ask him for extra disposable plate. Authorities kindly teach your staffs how to behave to customers and tell them that dont spoil KFCs reputation..

Here you should know the biggest advantage is that even in the middle of night you are hungry you dont need to worry you as it is 24 hours restaurant. Please keep checking for offer as I had used buy 1 get 1 free offer from Carrefour coupon which can be used at KFC or try using the app but no doubt the best Crunchy Snack in town.

Today I visited this place like any other days, Good Service, Friendly but with my Confidence as a regular client, I complain about chips, its a bit wet, they Shouted, I never Expect, saying you always Complaint Sorry. So I share with Friends and say Take Care guys The way they Approach a customer isnt like this before. but what I can do I left, life is going another day. Music is loudly, like Nightclub it affect your Concentration. Noisy .

The cashier was impatient, condescending, frankly disgusting apparently with her overzealous, pushy manager. Apparently me purchasing from KFC is doing a favor to myself. There was one staff who was nice but manager likes destroying his store reputation sent him away. The other guy was just horrible person who lacked any manners and abusive. Manager seem to try cover for him instead of discipline which is disturbing work ethics and conduct. Then came rest of the staff for their shifts, doing their makeup in the restroom. Hogging the place. KFC should look at this place, seriously its so bad and unprofessional.

Everytime i order something will be missing.it leads me to check everything in the cover before i leave ,even i hav to count the pieces .when ever order garlic and paid for it,they never put that i hav to ask them thn only they would giv.once i complained to the staff about this.he was having an attitude of not paying attention to wat we said to him.we are asking things that we paid for evn th garlics then why these staffs hav such an attitude towards coustmers.in baniyas we hav both kfc and mc donalds, i love kfc but because of this stuff going on in kfc we force ourself to go to mc d instead of going to kfc .BAD SERVICE

Food is alright, but not some Id want to eat again. Had a hard time understanding staff because of the accent, but they could understand me even though I have an accent myself. My order was prepared quickly.
