The festival plaza branch is exhausting. The sales lady is not aware of the system , had to wait almost 1/2 hour to exchange an item and yet we were unsuccessful . Even the store manager wasn’t capable to guide the staff on call.

Lovely stuff..... But Most complicated sale! Customers have to keep reverting to the sales person again and again to figure out whats included in which deal.... So exhausting!
