Absolutely disappointing. I paid shoes in Dubai Mall for delivery on the next day as they didnt have the same size from the colour I wanted. They convinced me to buy as they will deliver the exact colour I want in my size on the next dya after 8pm. Three days later still waiting for the shoes. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and I am going to file an official complain with their website. On top of that, the phone they have provided on Google for Dubai Mall store is switched off. I called Dubai Marina store and after 5 minutes waiting on the phone and listening to conversations with customers in the store, no one came back on the phone to speak to me. This is below any standards. I am definitely not shopping from Dune again despite I like the quality of the shoes but the customer service in Dubai is ridiculous.

They say there are two points in Dubai, on the grand floor and on the first floor, first they went to the one that they liked the shoes on the grand floor, asked to try it on, gave one shoe, they asked me to bring a pair, to which we were told that the second shoe was on another floor and if you want to buy, then go there, as we are too lazy to go after them, or take them in a different color ... I am shocked by this attitude towards the client .... you come to the store to spend money, and such a disregard for you. ...I really like the brand itself, but I think it would be better to buy shoes in other places, where the attitude towards the client is better.
