This is from my personal experience and my husband Ahmed related to my kidsMy kids are comfortable and very satisfying and promising service . Reception is very unwelcoming and unwanted girl iroda whos always aggressive in her replies on phone and in clinic. I felt very embarrassing and she is treating like garbage.

Staff is very busy and rude always on phone. Lady reception is very misbehaving. When she dont understand always cute the phone.Arabic receptionist is nice n professionalBetter improve the service.

I will be always thankful to Dr Walid who is one of the most professional doctors in the UAE, passionate about his work and very humble.At Orbic eye center, the team is so welcoming and so friendly. I ve never felt that i am going to visit a doctors clinic.

Dr Walid is an amazing and passionate pediatric ophthalmologist, its been years and he is very wisely and patiently helping us, the improvement is remarkable and the trust in the quality of medical care and advice is unprecedented, highly recommended to all children with eye conditions.

The consultation fee is a bit pricy for a simple eye exam. The doctor should consider some discounts, especially for self-pay patients. Rest is good.
