I like the round shape architect. The event is well organized and featured.

Attended a Dubai Expo 2020 coordinators workshop at Festival Arena... the place seems to be under construction, the parking is not paved and is very far from the venue... had to walk all the way from the parking lot however, there were buggies giving ride to the people from the parking lot to the main venue but there were not enough buggies.....The venue inside was superb with lots of innovative booths. Attractive ambience, superb stylish when you enter it seems a whole lot new world.....

The building is so so fantastic and GREAT!!!!!!!!Ive been there with our Robotics Team (LYBOTICS Youth Team) representing our country, Libya 🇱🇾🇱🇾🇱🇾🇱🇾🇱🇾.In the World Robotics Olympics 🤖🤖🤖 (FIRST Global Challenge 2019).And the Festival Arena was so awesome place to host such a huge event. And it is very big building and prepared with very really so amazing facilities. For everything.It is a Highly recommended place to visit or organise something in.

As a building nice, as an experience this was the worst event I have ever attended. The service done by intercontinental Festival City was shameful, low class, cheap, if I were managing this hotel I would definitely have fired the head of events and catering on the spot. Now the other part done by Royal Events, this event you did was junk. You really shouldnt be organising events and the arena management shouldnt allow such a company to do events there. In summary my review on this arena is: disappointing, misorganized, low class, low quality, someone should really deal with people managing this arena immediately.

It is a big in-door venue in Festival City where they organise events, concerts and exhibitions.

Spacious location where trade fairs can be held. Ample parking. However, no food options available. At the event I visited, the organisers had placed a few food trucks outside the main entrance, but choices were very limited. This is a bit too far from the Festival City Mall.

Good place for events and conventions. Out of the busy and located in isolated area. Open and free parking. Could be better if they can make better or parking area for this place

Good place for everything

NSTI fest was held here during the month of innovation in Dubai. Great for budding minds and school kids to come up with their innovative thoughts. This place is close to DUBAI Festival City

A new exhibition place to enter the market. A large area to hold mid sized exhibitions and events. They have a buggy cart to bring people to and fro to the parking area. In a way I like this as its not congested at the expo area. This soon going to be a important player for mid sized events.

Wonderful for holding large events, and parties. Although it doesnt have good air conditioning which is a must have in Dubai! A pretty building, isolated from traffic noise. Can hold many people.

Beautiful location for a special event. Also its a simple hall so can do so much here. And washrooms, medical room, pantry, Majlis, evacuation routes, etc are amazingly thought of.

Arena management only waits to loot. They are very sweet when marketing but once you book them they only find ways to make you pay more n more

There was One Africa Festival, I bought the tickets online for 200aed there was an advertisement Burna Boy, Davido l, Wizkid and etc. Mentioned time 6pm.We got there exactly at 6pm and we waited in the cue for an our until they open the gate. When we got inside we went straight to the stage to get a good spot. The concert started only at 9pm! Standing for 3 hours waiting for the concert to start and not moving for not loosing the spot was ridiculous! But then, there were so many African singers from Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenia, that it took so long! And the DJ, or whoever it was, was teasing the crowd by playing Burna Boy’s songs! They even asked the crowed like “Whom are you waiting for?” Everyone screamed back “Burna Boy!!!”! We waited until 3am, standing for 9 hours, being pushed from the people around and still he didn’t show up! My legs were in such a pain! I gave up leaving by 3am and thinking that it was absolutely not worth it!Absolutely ridiculous and bad, bad organization! 3 hours to wait the concert to start and 9 hours in total to be in pain and not to get to see the famous singer that was promised to perform!Next day I got to know that he never showed up!!!!This is just a theft! I feel bad for those, who spent 500aed for the VIP tickets, but at least they’ve got a drinks.So bad organization! Never again!I attached picture to see how they were selling the tickets!
