The hotel itself is in a great location overlooking Dubai Creek from the south side. The property is well maintained and always offers a friendly smile when entering. The rooms Ive stayed in at the property are very basic. They offer a bed, a chair, and a bathroom. The bathroom is probably the biggest let down for me personally since the lighting in there is just not bright at all. Again, the property itself is well maintained, but I guess my vibe isnt on the same frequency as this Canopy.

Everything was excellent! Breakfast was amazing, custom made omelette and fresh fruit juices and more! All the staffs are so helpful and accommodating! Keep it up guys! New Hotel with a very stylish design concept. Rooftop Pool is really nice. The pool is actually bigger than it looks on the pictures. Staff is also very friendly. I can totally recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights.

Coming back at midnight to a dirty room with no water and no towels and waiting for 2 hours during the night to get the room cleaned even though housekeeping was requested during the day. Nobody was helping neither on the phone nor the night manager Abdullah who did nothing to fix the problem. Poor wifi disconnecting every 10 minutes. Complimentary drinks and snacks that they advertise are served for 10 minutes instead of 1 hour. No yoga mat in the rooms as stated in room description. Avoid this hotel if you want a clean room and a good sleep before a busy day as staff are irresponsible and not caring.

If you have a car then it’s a great place to stay in Mankhool/Bur Dubai area. Because, metro is a long stretch.It’s a new property. Their rooms are super clean(house keeping is awesome). Front desk staff and concierge is always friendly and smiling. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.Breakfast experience is awesome because of the staff again. However, breakfast quality and items could be improved🙃

Good hotel and follow the book however fail to satisfy customer in challenging situations

Stayed here in February 2021. Good location, great breakfast and ok staff, but design of rooms and corridors is very dark and gloomy. The 3 star Hampton Inn next door is actually nicer, although with lesser amenities.

Very modern and upscale. Nice for a quick night staying over in the Al Seef or consulate area. Very close to some trendy up-scale dining spots right on the water.

Sheer luxury and comfort at this state of the art.. architecture beauty. Great ambience...lots of signature insta frames around from master developer #meraas. Located in al seef.

The rooms were neat and the hygiene was of high standard.The staff members are courteous and very welcoming.Breakfast buffet offered wide range of food.However the hotel does not provide for airport transfer service and movement in the city.

Nice, clean hotel with very kind staff

I have stayed at the hotel severally (Zabeel House) and now Canopy by Hilton. We enjoyed our stay, very nice conference/training rooms, wonderful staff and absolutely fabulous meals both breakfast at Canopy and dinners at Skafos Restaurant. The House Keeping team was a bit strained (hence 4 stars) but friendly. I will definitely be back for the usual 5 star experience.

It was my second time staying here coz I really like the place, the room, the facilities, and the staff. I would like to extend my gratitude to the guy who assisted me on check in, Jarok or Javok, the Uzbek guy, forgive if I did not get it correctly. Such a nice and accommodating guy. All staff really exudes the quality of a good hotelier, the guy who is in the bar making coffee, the African waiter, the chef making the omelet, and especially the female chef who approached my table just to ask hows my food. Kudos to all of you!! Continue making Canopy Al Seef an incomparable hotel. I just really wish that the next time I visit here, when I become a Diamond member, Ill get to have room facing the creek side :) I will definitely come back here

This place is actually a really nice to enjoy a good productive business discussion at any time of day because of its location and ambience.

Highly recommend this place. I stayed on two different occasions here with my wife and both my experiences were amazing. The first time we stayed at a king size room and the second time we got upgraded to a premium room by Natalia. The view from the premium room was simply a view that can’t be put into words. Khasi at the reception couldn’t stop going on and on about the beauty of this room and we didn’t know why until we stepped into it. The room was far more spacious and my wife and I were so happy with the hospitality offered. Natalia and her team surely did make sure we had a memorable stay. Thank you team.

Very cosy and elegant minimalistic interior. Breakfast option gets a bit boring after few days, because every day is same set. Pool is nice with enough beds for in house guests. Nice view over creek and City. City view from premium rooms is average building roof with some maintenance work going on. Anyway my general experience was positive and I happy about my over week there.

Hotel interior is super nice. What makes it most special is their roof top swimming pool at 7th floor overlooking perfect view of Dubai. Also, would like to commend the life guard named Dipak. He was very attentive and accommodating. First time me and my husband was asked by a lifeguard if what is our sitting preference and assist us on the best spot to stay. He’s very friendly and cheerful.

Visited the pool and bar and was really pleased by the view, the venue and the service from Edwin, who was taking care of our drinks and food. We stayed in the sister hotel Heritage in the AlSeef old town, but by the look of Canopy, I would happily stay there.

My experience with their bar, restaurant and front desk... for me they were just average, when ask for a blank paper ( they were reluctant at front desk ), happy hour drink on the rooftop ( buy 1 get 1 ). The guy attitude was very robotic. And pretty much the same goes for a bar at the G floor. Staff definitely needs to be more welcoming.

Good hotel for staycation with family or bussiness purpose, exciting view city and creek. Delicious food, the hotel crew very wellcome, clean hotel. Jogging in the morning along the creek and rilexing at night is additional experiences. Also you can enjoys restaurant on the available traditional boat.

A really disappointing service.Good things: infinity pool, staff at the pool really friendly, new rooms with an urban interior style.Things that are making this Hilton hotel one of the worst in terms of service. As a Hilton Gold member I did not feel valued at any time, even worse upon check in they lied to us about the room upgrade (one of the Hilton benefits of being a Gold member). When I showed the reservation to the receptionist ( that I paid for the premium room), she called someone (I believe her manager) who told her to keep lying us about the FREE upgrade.Moreover, in the reception there was a huge queue, only one receptionist. It took me around 20 min to check in and unfortunatelly the room was not ready at 3PM, so we had to wait until evening for the room,which was a huge inconvenient.If you are staying for one night, you might consider this hotel. If you are planning on spending more days, don’t even bother as there are thousands of Hilton hotels in Dubai that makes you feel like you are on holiday.

A well-placed hospitality amenity, clean and peaceful.

From my late check-in to my check out it was a perfect experience, starting with the welcome package of stuffed domestic dates which were exquisite. The boutique design was fresh and fun with an open inviting lobby. Its location on the water afforded great views nice breeze and easy access to the rest of Dubai. The pastry chef makes his own chocolates that were the best Ive had -that includes chocolate shops in Switzerland and France. The multinational staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating. .Even with the limitations of the Covid epidemic the environment was warm yet safe. The breakfast was diverse with many healthy options.

Do not go to this hotel. House keeping didn’t clean the room. The bed had a big wet area with yellow disgusting stain. The bed sheet was removed to discover hair on the bed. Such a disgusting hotel . The manager didn’t offer any solutions but to give us another room just to find out that the AC is not working. Folks be careful and avoid this hotel at any cost. You get what you pay for . Excellent stay here. Natalia and her team did their best to make sure we had an amazing stay at Canopy. We were pampered with chocolates and poured with amenities in abundance. Some of the staffs I recall having provided commendable service during our stay were Patrick & Itiyana (from breakfast counters), Khasi, Jovic and Anara (from reception) and above all Natalia for ensuring everything was taken care of.

Thats what a hotel lobby and reception should look like! I love everything about it. I definitely want to book a room and check it out too, soon!

It was a 5 stars experience in a 4 stars hotel, starting from the moment of the check in, there was a miss understanding lead to our delay, Mohamed Gamal and the manager Natalin came to us to apologize and give us temporary room until our room became ready and after that they sent us a cookie and plate of fruit with another letter of apology. I was stunned by the room decorations and the swing inside the room. The breakfast was nice and there were a special care for the children.

Weve stayed here for 2 nights on a 5 nights trip (all hotels within the Hilton family) and this was the best value for the price.Rooms: The rooms are very hip and nice. Our room had a view towards the creek and the promenade. The bathroom comes with a huge bathtub which was nice.Location/Area: The hotel is nicely located at the Dubai creek with a nice promenade. Sadly when we were there most stores and restaurants there were closed (I guess due to covid and there being less visitors?). If there would be more going on there it would be even more amazing.Breakfast: Due to covid restrictions it is not possible to take breakfast items yourself, but someone will do it for you (I would see this as a positive thing. Also this was the same in all hotels we stayed in). There is both inside and outside seating which we found very nice. The breakfast also offers an egg station which was really nice.In general a quite good breakfast.Pool: The rooftop pool is very nice. The only negative thing is that there is not too much space on the rooftop and following this, all sun beds were always taken.HHonors Benefits: As a diamond member we received an upgrade from a King Room to a King Room with view. Compared to other upgrades this was rather a sad one.Other than that free breakfast was of course given as well as free water in the room.Bottom line: We really liked the hotel and would totally come back here. Especially the value for money convinced us.If the restaurants and shops around all reopen again this could be an even more amazing area.

Like the place, location, views etc

Everything was ok as usual I have been to the same hotel before Hilton bought it. As for the checkin it wasnt at all what I expected I booked the sister hotel which is the Hampton by Hilton confirmed my booking by my debit card and once I arrived at the property the front desk informes me that the hotel is full and we will transfer you to the Canopy hotel.Im not a fussy person at all so I agreed upon checkin i booked for 2 nights and the front desk he charged for 1 night n i told him its for 2 so he charged again with 2 transaction he let me sign for one night and the second he was busy doing God knows wat that he just gave me the keys and thats it. I told him is it all done as I paid ... yes sir all done.Next day since afternoon they kept on disturbing me and my wife that if I want to extend n i told them its for 2 nights please double check.Left out for awhile with calls from the front desk manager that my items are in the room and if Im going to extend I informed for the 10th time I paid for 2 nights and instead of going n checking the DRR of yesterdays to double check she tells me could I send the transaction capture thats so unprofessional we all work in the hospitality industry and we all know the protocols unprofessional behaviour and so annoying from the whole team did not enjoy my stay at all , and at the end no one apologised that it was the mistake of the colleague.What kinda guest satisfaction are they presenting 0 Dont recommend to stay at this property. Really disappointed as a loyal member.

Was quite surprised, a very unassuming hotel with wonderful restaurants and amazing view of the creek , I gave 4 stars only because they are understaffed but considering the current situation I think they are doing an excellent job.

The hotel is new and well located.I was given a welcome card and macaroni plate when I first checked-in as an Hilton honors member. That was very thoughtful and welcomed. I have not had similar in any other Hilton. So great idea to give a warm welcome. Second time I checked-in I didnt get it but i guess it might have been for the first stay.They were also giving welcome dates and drinks that is a nice little touch.The hotel is well located having a direct walking access to Al Seef creek. Pretty walks.There is also valet parking.To improve:housekeeping and room service.When I checked-in, I could see some marks on the desk even though the clean stay sticker was there on the for when I entered. I took one of disinfectant wipe and wiped the desk and ended up with a very dirty wipe. Desk hadnt been cleaned at all. Especially in covid time, top surfaces should be really cleaned.I called room service to have in-room breakfast, in the process I was asking clarification on some items. The lady wasnt helpful. Sending me back to the TV menu which I had already read and couldnt find the information needed. And the end she said she will call me back but never did. That is not great customer service.

It takes several calls to reach the operator (ext 100), as there is no phonebook/guide available in the room (reception, room service, valet, activites and reservations..etc)Room service was slow, ordered a meal, was told it will be ready in 14 mins and it was brought almost an hour later with the order missing.Stayed for two days , house keeping never came during my stay although the house keeping button was on.Skafos resturant was great, good service, tasty foods and good shisha.The hotel room-included breakfast was available on time from 6 am, diverse, satisfying and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Nice design, you get creativity idea on the walls, baths beds everywhere, it is located in Al seef where you can go for shopping in the old souk or on the coorniche, the staff were very friendly, welcome drink and treat were there as well as a nice breakfast in you want to go for it.

Bad service + Bad smell in room🤢+ don’t have club car for adult or other medically reason. No welcome juice or towel. No gift for Christmas such as other hotels.bad dealing with local Emirates customers. I don’t recommend this hotel for Family at all.

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Dubai! This trendy hotel has everything you need: a delicious breakfast you can enjoy at the riverside, a sky bar with swimming pool (tip: every Friday from 16:00 there is a DJ), bike rental, comfortable beds and helpful staff that make sure you have a great stay. Besides this all, the hotel is very centrally located and close to the airport.

Canopy by Hilton.Fresh hotel, super quiet.stuff very friendly.Have parking but in the fourth floor.Interesting design. Well you think that’s it’s budget hotel, then you are mistaken, for this price you get amazing offer in 5* hotel.But to experience this hotel was good.They strong point in location, beautiful area Al seef next old historical places. You can enjoy the dinner or just walking there. Next to the Marina. Easy access to the taxi.Kindly note that it’s non smoking hotel. They don’t have balconies.

Great hotel, super comfortable beds and excellent showers. Quiet city location. Make sure you ask for rear facing room. Good breakfast, but not a massive choice. Nice to have choice of restaurants on the Al Seef waterfront area.

Very small room with no view at all even after i insisted to stay in good view room but they gave me a window blocked by a wall, i liked the bed it was soft, the area was quite. the sing pool was really small congested with people which i didnt like at all.

I’ve gone to this hotel over 10 times now (ideal for my business trips). Hands down, the best value for money hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai in. Excellent service, excellent rooms (I’ve stayed in all 3 available room sizes). The hotel has a very minimalist and relaxed vibe to it. Whilst the location isn’t very happening, it’s an extremely growing area, which has changed drastically in the past 4-5 years. The walk down the creek is wonderful with lots of choices of eateries and coffee places. I intend to continue my stays here. Excellent place!

He gave us tip where to go and what to do there. This people will help the hotel to make the guest return for having an exceptional experience. Thankyou. We will return back for sure.

The canopy by Hilton is a recommended address in Dubai. The rooms are modern and very sophisticatedly furnished. The hotel team is excellent and authentically friendly and very attentive. I was always and in all areas courteously served. The breakfast is okay for the hotel category, although a little more choice would be desirable. The whole hotel, all rooms, breakfast room, restaurant, lobby and pool area are top and absolutely clean. The technical equipment in the hotel room is of a modern standard and supports mobile working. Sufficient power connections are available and the flat screen can be used as external display (HDMI and wireless connection possible). The hotel is located only a few minutes by car from the airport but is well insulated so that there is no noticeable disturbance by air traffic. The nearest subway station is BurJuman (both lines - red and green) are within 10 minutes walking distance. I felt very comfortable here and I will be happy to come back.
