So we heard tons of stuff about this place and decided to give it a shot, we paid AED 200+ per person, and we had atleast 8 people in the group. We were herded to our tables like cattle and told sternly that food will be cleared at such and such time after the call to prayer.Fine we heard the azaan broke our fast and everyone that wasnt observing Ramadan, had already descended like locusts upon the buffet, but thats understandable. The food got over and it would take 5 to 10 mins to replenish. At this point I noticed a waiter pushing someones personal driver, like he was a freeloader, it was only when I sternly yelled at him and the drivers employer showed up, did the waiter yield and give him a table to sit and eat at, but his behaviour towards him was beyond pathetic.Next we headed to the desert section, which looked like it had been raided by people who had no manners and had never eaten good food; the spoons were dirty with hand marks, people had pinched and grabbed at some of the items like hyenas on a carcass, and the ice cream..... well there was nothing left.We finally got what ever scraps we could and sat down to eat and lo and behold, rude boy shows up with a stern looking woman, yo inform us closing for iftar in 30 mins, if you dont leave, we charge for suhoor.I at this point decided, to eat what ever was on my plate and leave this place with my respect and before I verbally abused someone. We reached the valet, only to be told that it will take 25 mins for our cars to be brought, I politely asked the parking attendant to give me the keys and tell us the location of the cars and the rest we can take care of ( since most modern cars have a panic button, its a no brainer). However I was rudely informed, No you wait here and we will bring your carClearly, if you want to feel like a down trodden beggar eating scraps off a rich mans table, this is the place to be.I personally would have loved to teach each one of them a lesson physically and verbally, however, its beneath me to kick a bunch of mangy mongrels that believe they are doing us a favour, even though I paid for it.Spend your money elsewhere and on the poor
Ambiance is good, service is good. Food can be improved by levels at this spot. All in all an average ramadan iftar tent.
Was very spacious and lovely place
Has a great ambiance. However, the quality and variety of food deteriorated in Ramadan 2019. A good choice for a family gathering during festive seasons.
The place is very nice comparing to other ramadan tents but the staff is not up to the level. You do not feel the you are welcomed and I really didn’t appreciate the manner and some stuff is really arrogant which is not reasonable. Food is good and Sheesha is ok as well.
Evetytime there is an event here you spend more time in traffic then in the actual event. They should enforce mass transportation or better traffic management. This is the last time I come to an event at Atlantis. Its not worth the time, money, and hassle. All future guest be cautious and add 1 hour prior to arrive and 2 hours to leave.
Guys don’t even bother going to Asateer. I have had the most horrendous Iftar experience of my life. I have been to various Iftar tents across Dubai and this has been by far the worst.1) Iftar time starts at 7:03 and their buffet closes at 8:30 exact. Guys c’mon it takes 20 minutes to pray, come enjoy the food. By the time you’re on the table after prayer it’s 7:30 already and instead of creating an experience you’re forcing customers to fill their stomachs and rush out so you can prepare for Suhoor.2) Suhoor customers only need to spend a minimum of AED 150-160 to be eligible to spend 6 hours inside the tent where as Iftar customers pay AED 220 per person and dont even get to spend 2 hours peacefully on a table?3) The dessert section was immediately closed and the Dessert server REFUSED to give us a SPOON? A little girl came asking for ice cream and he completely refused her!! Is this your spirit of Ramadan? We didnt even get to fully enjoy the dessert.4) People were still sitting while the Ramadan juice were removed at sharp 8:30 without even consenting people or informing them that the buffet will close. More than 70% of the tent was occupied when they started removing the buffets. People were rushing to the dessert counter just to get their hands on a sweets before they were taken away.5) My phone switched off so i went to take a power bank from the reservation desk. I came back inside the hall to share some pictures on my social media which would be at the end of the day beneficial for the Tent as i would share them on my social media and a really rude security manager came along with a Bouncer and told me go out immediately as they’re setting up for suhoor. Seriously, i dont understand how a picture disturbs their suhoor setup. What do you need a bouncer for? This is an iftar/suhoor venue not a nightclub.6) When we reached our table didn’t even have a chair and a different chair was arranged for me which was different from all the 1000 chairs at the venue like im paying less or something?7) I called and asked the reservation team to email me the menu for the day so i can look forward to eating my favourite dishes & instead i received menus for 5 days. I wasn’t even able to identify which menu is for today. Asked the same question through email never received a reply.8) Even after confirming on my email the reservation team still managed to call me to confirm my attendance. Why would you email us anyway?9) Not once did the arabic coffee guy pass by our table to offer coffee to us.10) My friend was traveling back to her home country and we wanted to create a memorable experience but instead we would just like to never remember this experience.GUYS PLEASE WORK ON CREATING A NICE IFTAR EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF FORCING PEOPLE TO EAT AND RUSH OUT JUST BECAUSE YOU NEED TIME TO PREPARE FOR SUHOOR. Your team needs to be more considerate specially your extremely rude security manager.I really hope all the time and effort i took into putting this review is taken into consideration by your management.
Nice place, bit crowded and they have the wrong chairs, its big, bulky and heavy and really tight to get in and out frm table,Very conjusted. The food and service was Ok.The parking valvet facility was nice!Over all a good place to hang during Ramadan. But you need to book quite a few days before in Ramadan,as its a hot property during Ramadan.
Nice Ramadan tent with luxury decoration and comfortable seating area...U need booking here always. Especially on weekend. The Iftar buffet was very good and alot of variety...but I will rate it 4 star...not 5...and thats normal in Ramadan Iftar...After 9 they close the buffet and they start serving shisha
Best in the world . Amazing cuisine and great ambiance good people. That how its should be. You cant beat atlantis palm when they are hosting any party. That how hosting needs to be. Must visit at least once in his life.
Excellent luxurious Ramadan tent. You cannot wear anything that shows shouldres or legs or else youll be given a Abaya (guys no shorts). Theres a guy playing the oud and singing really nice known old songs which was quite nice. Food was really good we ordered the suhoor, although very large portions and werent able to finish them.
Good tend located in atlantis famous hotel in Dubai. It is spacious and well ventilated. The food and bereave are good. The parking is not a problem at all and the valet parking service is available. You can take a walk along the Corniche as it is very close to it.
Magical place done beautifully.Too crowdedSome tables are far away from the buffet bar.Free valet parkingExcellent staffFood is very average, I had better.
Nice place for get together
Super big tent, seems a bit fancy. But the arrangement is not good. You have to stand in a long queue for good and if you are sitting towards the water side, its a long walk.
Awesome place. Very nice food. You can enjoy the beach. Oh the blue water beach was mesmerising. Very nice place for a small get together
One of the best Ramadan Tent in UAE. Great atmosphere with fantastic buffet. It is my favourite place to have Iftar & Suhour every Ramadan since they opened
Nice ambience, food is good but portions are poor.Good serviceOver pricedMusic was horrible, closer to being noise than music, especially when it was full & people were having chats
Great atmosphere, Great food, lot of choices, Ramadan juices too sweet, lot of deserts, receptionists great and waiters fast and professional
Asateer has one of the best spreads for Iftaar. Amazing food, enough vegetarian options, nice service and adequate parking. What else can you ask for :)
Best Place.. Best food.. Best program for Ramadan nights and events.. Best friendly stuff and management... Highly recommended
Very bad service. Table was broken. Had to ask for the menu 4 times. Waiters don’t know how to answer simple questions about the food. I wouldn’t come here again for sure. some of the items we ordered were not served.
The food is amazing and the step up is great , BUT its till 9 only iftar and from 8:30 more than 6 people told us that we need to leave after paying 250 dhs for iftar couldnt stay more than one hour and half .. i wont recommend it really
Excellent steaks and salads. The meat sushi is something worth trying, the goat cheese salad is fantastic. Also, try the tomahawk, its amazing!
Asateer offers the most elaborate iftar experience in Dubai. Food selection is outstanding. Service is top notch. Pace yourselves for the deserts.
This is one of the tents at Atlantis. Most of the celebrations are done here. During Eid Iftar dinner is served here. Advanced booking is required.
Wonderful food, but too much crowded that you can hardly move. Tables are very close to each other
The place is nice, the food quality and variety are good, the service on the table and inside the tent although I was in VIP table is below the average
Tent is luxury if you find a place there ( always fully booked ) but Over priced for low quality services & items served & shisha is poor also.
Very good food, very good service and very nice place. Recommended if you want to indulge yourself and enjoy
Food is basic , been to many better places in Dubai. The tent is very overrated.
Great service excellent food. However the day I went was not able to access the prayer room
Decoration is vibrant, food is great, nice place for Suhoor in Dubai during Ramadan!
Overrated tent, I came here for suhur in Ramadan, food was good.. But hard to book a table especially for 2 people
Asateer is one of the must to go place in Ramadan. They do have huge menu with a great taste.
First time there, atmosphere is really different, service is excellent, food though plenty of variation is average
Huge tent. Good place to have parties. But no changes or improvements since last 5 years
Nice and spacious beach shores. Near iconic Atlantis hotel in Dubai.
One of the best Ramandan tents. Really good food, music, and ambience
Amazing iftar experience during Ramadan month, you all have to try it
Good selection of starters and juices but main course needed more attention.Staff is very helpful and there are many of them everywhere.
Lovely place. I watched Spain vs Portugal match there. Very spacious and beautiful

A best place to have an authentic traditional experience of Ramadan kareem in suhoor and iftar timings.
Very good resturant, you will tast of food
Great decoration, huge tent...good service. worth to visit in Ramadan.
No change for almost 5 years now, my eyes were burning all night , ventilation is scarce, ridiculously expensive , Arabic coffee are chargeable for group setup
Beautiful setting and food variety and quality is wonderful!

What a wonderful place to dine. Never expected I would see the Vice President of UAE there
Excellent venue - food service and quality very good
Beautiful venue. The food quality is below average.

This is not a place for muslims to hang around! Especially in holy month of Ramadan.
Great service nice venue very well organised
Awesome
Affordable price to have the iftar events for corporates
Excellent ambience, fabulous food
Ambiance was lit and cozy, food was average.
Ambience was very good... Though food was just at par..
