In this hospital patients with covid have to wait for 3-4 hours and sign papers. They give cold water and pill of paracetamol as they don’t have warm water in the whole hospital even if you have pneumonia and throat pain. After 3-4 hours they give final paper to sign and don’t admit.

Impolite staff, they need better training in customer service.

I was here on last Thursday. It seems that they have CT scan available, no other hospitals has CT scan in entire Dubai(not sure whether its true). As a person who always goes to expensive private hospitals. I was surprised how well this hospital was maintained and staff were very responsive, I did not need to wait longer, where as all expensive hospitals wasted several hours even in emergency. parking was huge but very busy, doctor was straight forward not money making unlike other expensive hospitals. I think I am going to switch to Rashid hospital for my entire family.

Emergency and Trauma centre in fact equipped with modern equipments but these are of no use for the common people and poor labours so the situation over there is not satisfactory.

Worst everbecause of the staff they have with there bad attitude and the long lines because the lack of staffWe had to wait for more than 90 minutes to see a doctorThey won’t let you stay with the patient no matter what you are to him and they won’t ask you politely to go out
