First of all, the front receptionist was eating and talking on his phone with a friend while I stood there. The nurses lack basic communication skills and can’t even speak proper english. My mum was vomiting blood and none of the nurses stepped in for assistance, they just called the cleaners and never called the doctor. When you ask a question, they would reply to you in a rude manner and act like they can’t understand your request. The doctor kept answering her phone and walking away during the examination of my mother.الاخ بالاستقبال كان يالس ياكل حب و يكلم ربيعه على تليفون جدام المراجعين 👎🏽

One of the best hospital in UAE for emergency..

Most incompetent doctors and nurses in the world work here. Please avoid for any major emergency. Receiptionst are not trained to handle any urgent call or speak properly. Second the First Response Nurses have zero knowledge of Patient pain categories. Emergency Doctors are too relaxed and not experienced to manage patients expectations.The hospital is not optimized for handling large epidemic situations.The route towards the emergency is quite confusing.The emergency is not equipped properly to manage deep examinations like MRI, CT Scan or any sort of radiology.Most of the nurses are from 3rd world countries which do not have any experience with managing patients from 1st world.

They have some of the most good doctors from different nationality and experience especially (Dr. Shams, and Dr. Shaheen, Dr. Moheiddin). But that doesnt mean there are no one else is good. Im sure some more good and honest doctors fully of humanity and feelings you can see in there way of treating and cares thanks a lot for them.Only my concern was more about the nurses staff are really weak and slow in there reaction to preparing the medication.

I had bad experience with Dr. Zaki and Ahmad i think he is from sudan he dont know anything and careless also showing the patient all type of careless i thinks he is so far from Human been, if you are there ask for someone else to treat you than him. Better than losing your health and your time. Even the nurses staff suffering from him!Really bad to represent this important hospital with large experience.I hope the management will read my message and fix it.Love Dubai 🇦🇪
