Very bad shop for electronics and printers very bad quality even it is brand and very bad support service if you dont want to wast ur time with repairing your new items do not purschase any device or equipment from sharf dg i purshased iphone and when battery dead and i try recharge it not charging for replacement it took more than 5 days and i purchased hp printer its not working properly i return it within 1 hour it took 5 days up to know i cant return my money or replace it

Very bad customer service experience.When i came to store for buying a camera nobody assisted. And I demand the floor manager to assist me, then one of the floor manager came and said, there is nobody in this particular counter right now, so you may go and come later. But i purchased (22- April - 2021) a camera, after i brought a camera with combo pack, then they said combo pack is out of stock and will deliver later the items which is included in the combo offer later. After that there is no response from anybodyUpdates: on 01may2021, 9 day after raising the issue, still there is no response from Sharaf DG City Center Branch.Updates: After a long patience and phone calls, finally they gave my FOC items on 02-May-2020 (almost 10 days taken to settle the issue)

Decent collection of products and well maintained outlet. But almost all of the products are priced higher than other outlets or online. Sub par customer service if you have any specific query or requirement. Some products are only sold if you buy additional warranty to increase customer bill value.

Im very disappointed from there customer service and itemsVery bad !First time to experience thisI bought from them siemen cooker and within one month multiple issues happened, Its not safe to use at all !before around one week the back glass broke near my sisters , to very tiny pieces and exploded all over the kitchen , so i called your call center and they have sent an inspector , he told us that the glass broke because of increasing heat, but we believe that the main purpose of the glass is that it suppose to be heat resistance!!!I called them many times asking for solution! But no response , they just want me to buy new glass!!!Even they didnt send someone again to check the safety of the cookerIt could cause sever damage to my sisterthey are not willing to help me although I called them multiple times explaining my situation and my concern about safety!!!!

I had a visit couple of days back looking for an iPad pro 2021. The experience was not fine. Infact they were trying to fool me saying that I have to buy the insurance for couple of years and other accessories along with the iPad .The female staff who attended was so casual .Kind of approach if u want u buy.They can sell only as a bundle.It seems strange.I can agree if it is a bundle product launched by Apple . But this is something not right.They are forcing us to take something that should be a customers choice . After having long talks the supervisor agreed to give me one piece after discussing with the store manager So what should we conclude from that???There are no such demands from other stores in the same location. Infact they lost a potential customer by playing gimmicks. The management need to relook while selling such products , the market around and the strategies to be applied .If it is sharaf DG policy that iPad pro can be purchased only with bundles ,I agree to that and I apologize for coming to a wrong store.

I had quite a bad experience dealing with their customer service personnels especially Osama Safique. I was told by the lady personnel that iphone 12 Pro 256GB Pacific Blue is available at Apple’s UAE retail price of 4619AED. When I told them I wanted to buy the said phone, their supervisor Osama Safique told me that he will sell the phone only for a marked up of 5400 AED. He says that the iPhone can be purchased only with the marked up price which includes their in house warranty. I’m surprise that Apple allows such retailers to sell their products.

Never buy a device in this shop. They open the package to activate the device. Thus invalidating their own return policy.So you cant return or exchange the device.Absolute rubbish gave one star only because you cant give none.Further to the answer below. Theres nothing to add! You insisted on opening the packaging of the phone I bought to activate it. Which meant that in order to exchange it I had to pay a 15% fee! what a con. it had not been opened by me and as soon as my wife saw it she said it was the wrong one. But, because YOUR COMPANY opened the packaging, at YOUR COMANY insistence, I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. An absolute con.I will never shop with Sharaf DG again.

Very bad experience. Cell phone are low quality. I purchase Samsung phone and it give problem after a month. I cant receive call and even no out going call for 3-5 hours. After some time it work again. It continue always. I bring phone to Sharaf DJ they send me to Sahara Customer Service Center. They cant fix it. Again they refer me to ICell Center. But not yet fixed my cell phone. It is more then a month now. I pay for new phone but i cant use it. Sharaf DJ has also customer service but they refer me to others. Their mobile phone do not work properly may be it is copy or B Class quality. If original then it should work properly. Either they should change my mobile. I will round here and there and warranty will expire after which it is not covered under warranty. Thanks for your amazing strategy Mr. Samsung Sharaf DJ. I will not recommend for other to buy.

I was on a hurry this morning and bought a vacuum from their branch here,and when im on the cash counter no one there to receive my payment...i ask the cleaner on the cash counter that can he approach someone to receive my payment, i also approach their sales person and hes just pointing out on other person. and after grueling waiting time, the branch manager showed up and telling me to delete what ive done. (im trying to record a video that even theres no customer in their branch, theres no one in cash counter), and asking me why im taking video, i answered her ( the branch manager) that i was going to report them. and instead of apologizing , the branch manager continues to speak with the security man.Thank you for such a wonderful experience.Disclaimer: No videos recorded, and it was deleted by the time the branch manager get mad at me,security guy make sure thats deleted.

Visited Sharaf DG Sharjah city centre shop for buying a laptop, one Mr. Mohib was the salesman and he explained me well about the laptops. So it was a gud experience for me.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience ever. First day I went to buy a Sony TV, couldnt find anyone to help. They guys said the salesman comes in the evening only as he is sleeping in the morning. When enquired about the manager on duty, he was also not there. When I called him he also was asleep although it was 11:15am already. Next day I came I also had similar disappointment, where the salesman said that he is not aware of Sony products. I finally went for Emax and bought my TV from a place that appreciates customers experience. I think Sharaf DG is heading towards full closure.

Staff named Salman really helped us a lot to find the best yet economical phone.He was patiently explaining every details. He is very good in product knowledge. Plus the fact that he is very polite.

Pathetic customer service. I regret that I haven’t checked the reviews before visiting this showroom. Please dont buy items from here as they don’t care about customer at all. I bought a laptop and get to know that a feature is not working. Took back the laptop within 24hrs, the technical guys spend hours to fix the issue saying it is software issue. Later the store manager says to give the laptop for service saying the laptop has been taken out of the store and they cannot replace. He says they cannot check each and every feature before selling and this is the way it works with Sharaf DG. He is least bothered about customer satisfaction and tells me to go to service center if I can wait till they send to service and get back, which can take 1 week. Do you want to buy something and go running behind for your hard earned money? I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from Sharaf DG.Giving 1 star as there is no negative rating.

Worst place in the region to visit for any shopping. Utter time waste went there to buy a washing machine inspite of waiting 30 mins not a single salesperson turned in to attend. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from sharaf dg. No wonder there are so many negative reviews. If their attitude is such before sales I wonder what it will be after sales. Giving 1 star as there is no option for negative stars else would have loved to give them the last negative star.

Worst worst worst experiance ever. Have been sold a faulty laptop, within 2 days a blue screen appeared, its been a week now since i dropped the laptop back to the shop at city center sharjah branch and yet they are still runing diagnostic tests on it. Its not my fault and yet they cannot approve a replacement!!! I will be taking my rights by law, and will make sure to publish an article in the local newspaper soon. what a disgrace.

Third rate customer service. We wanted to buy a food processor. Spent 15 mins in store. Staff was busy playing around.

Bought a dell xps13 laptop from this branch. The laptop gave me the blue within a couple of months of use. After giving them the laptop, they updated the bios and gave it back only for it to give me the blue screen again within a couple of hours. I gave them the laptop again and they replaced the SSD (took them more than 10 days to fix it). The laptop gave me the blue screen again after a couple of days. Unfortunately, I travelled out of country and never got the time to give them the laptop again before the warranty was over. After coming back, I went to them with again and told them that the laptop was clearly a defective unit yet they held on to the fact that the warranty is over. Regardless, I gave them the laptop and they said that they will get back to me with a quote. By now, they have had the laptop for 7 days and they have not followed up yet. This was a complete rip off never dealing with them again.

Google map says Saturday open until 12 am, its 11:11 pm and shop is closed. And to be honest staffs are friendly to customers who buys smart phones and laptops. Very very bad service and rude staffs. The warranty in this place FAKE I don’t recommend any body to buy anything from this place because i pay a Macbook air from them after 2 weeks the screen backlight of my Macbook not working any more without any reason so i come to them asking for warranty they say this thing not included and if you want to repair it will be cost ....3920 AED .....OMG this the same price of new one so I didn’t use this laptop for 7 months however i decided to ask in another shop for repairing and guess what this shop fix my laptop for 300 AED So if you want to pay good electric device with real warranty 100000 % Don’t pay from them

Biggest mistake of my life to place an order with Sharaf DG. I placed an order on 24th March and cancelled the order after one week. Till date after 4 weeks their system has not made cancellation any there is no update on my cancelation order. I have made more than 200 calls for an update but everytime a call centre rep gives me a wring hope. As per the standard terms a refund request can be generated right after the cancellation, but in my case there is no email, no updates and I am chasing my return since 4 weeks. Understanding the covid 19 situation, I waited for 4 weeks to get my money, but this is ridiculous that in Sharaf GD system order is still active and showing delivery msgs.Pathetic online services. There are several online stores who have been improved their online shopping during this covid 19. I highly recommend to all customer, do not buy anything online from Sharaf DG.

Worst customer service and toll free number is of no use! Customers have to wait for more than 20 to 30 minutes in the Sharjah city center store for an attendant as well on the call, the waiting time is more than 20 mins.
