I like the location of this showroom, it’s a medium size showroom with lots of staff for assistance, RTA parking is available near by and it’s not at all an issue to find parking at this location.

Great staff with excellent experience in the product, bought home camera last year and moved other place tried to setup the camera again and again but I couldnt.Thought the camera had hardware issues and I have to buy other oneBut the staff there so helpful and the guy his name hashem fixed and though me how to fix it at home .Thanks all

Went there couple of days ago to buy a phone. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop has lots of mobile devices with the latest options and good prices. Overall very happy with the Oppo Reno 5Z that I bought.

Every one who are saying great staff and helpful are really lucky.I went today (23rd Aug) around 1 pm and I can assure you I was not assisted the same way.Initially 1 of the staff members showed me the tablet I wanted to buy. But when I asked if I can play a video as I need to see how it works and how loud the tablet was.Another staf just said no its a demo product and there is no internet connection to it.When I explained that how I need to use the product b4 buying it he just said no its a demo product mind you he just had to sing in or connect his phone to Bluetooth for the device to work.Sharaf Dg at Mankhool lost 1 customer justcos the staff was lazy to sing in 🤷‍♀️Also note I waited good 5 or 10 minutes for them to connect to internet but they wouldnt.

Great service (partially) when purchasing the products (got a small Canon printer, an OLed LG TV, and a Black & Decker vacuum cleaner.) I wanted to return the vacuum cleaner after trying it, but they refused to take it. I used the product only once, but it wasn’t strong enough. And this after I briefed the salesman of my needs. The store (Mankhool branch) didn’t have a working model either. When I went to the store to return it, I mentioned to them that they mentioned a 7-days return or exchange policy. But (during the sale) they never mentioned that the product shouldn’t be used. The manager today mentioned that, at this point when I wanted to return it. Then he tells me that I intended to return it (and so my intentions aren’t right is what he meant), and that it’s common sense that it shouldn’t be used. What a way to show your customer down, and this after I spent roughly 15K in the store!! What does AED 200 matter to me in that case?! Also, don’t they know of the old-age customer service where even if a product is used it can be returned??It’s less that 200, and they need to understand a genuine customer from a fake one!

Went in to check for a laptop. But was in vain to find the very limited display of gadgets. The store feels old. Staff is very helpful though.

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with Sharad DG when I bought home appliances, and this is not only related to Mankhool branch, but it was bad overall experience with the call center, store, and delivery.I was promised a day for delivery of the 3 pieces that I bought, but I received two only, and only one was installed, and they didn’t have records for the third pice (Hood), and the said another team will do the installation for the oven.To get the story short, it took them 5 days to complete the work, after 100 calls, and 100 complains , and 100 time promises that they couldn’t do it.Think twice before you pay, because once you do, not much you can do.I asked to speak to manager, never succeed.And the only answer you get( sorry sir)

Customer care not good.I had taken a Samsung mobile from Sharaf DG, its adapter stopped working after 3 months. I called Sharaf DGs customer care and asked if the adapter was included in the warranty. He replied that if you go to any franchise of Sharaf DG, they will change your adapter. I went to Manhool Sharaf DG. He said that I have to leave my mobile with him to change the adapter. I said how can I leave the mobile for the adapter it is a risk for personal privacy and i dnt hv another phone. They said sorry and asked me to go samsung franchise.

Please do not buy products from this store. They sell a product and collect the payment but do not take responsibility when it is defective. They state their policies and defend their product. I experienced this with Samsung and saw another customer experience it with Lenova. There was a male staff with long hair in the customer care desk where they raise a ticket and blame Samsung/Lenova, he had an arrogant attitude towards customers and when I spoke to him he told me several times in an aggressive way to visit consumer court if I’m unhappy about their policies. I understand if the staff mentioned consumer court once, but he said it many times and his tone was very arrogant. I can’t blame the staff entirely as it might be possible he is told by the management to inform customers about consumer protection. I believe an employee should be there to assist a customer and not state approach consumer protection court.

If there was something called the worst customer experience awards, that should be given to Sharaf DG! I have lived 26 years in this country, shopped in many places, this has been the worst experience ever! Its my first purchase online, received email stating my shipment will be delivered estimated within 11th of May, until now, no shipment was delivered, nor any information of the status of the shipment. I then tried to call their Customer Service, was kept on hold for 16 minutes!! still, no luck getting through. In addition, the voice message kept stating my call will be answered in 3 minutes, 16 minutes later, still on hold! then, I tried to chat online, the customer service online chat gave vague answers, and when I persisted, simply stopped communicating with me further....!! If you want to waste a tone of time with your purchase experience, then go shop here! it will be the first, and my very last purchase with this shop!
