Had an amazing experienceStaff here so friendly and service is so good!I love going again and again for my shopping!But their customer support is little slow! I mean it takes quite a time for even a single thing! Except this everything is just superb!

I like the place as you can see multiple options and staff always asking if help is needed. I have shopped multiple times form the store and always good to come back.They also have display board for all the offers and details. Their accounts staff is always in hurry or arrogant. They need to train them to be more humble and friendly. Even if you have to request the customer to make a queue.Take your time and help the customer with billing. No need to make a fast transaction and finish the job.I bought iPhone 12 Pro Max but the guy at the stand came back 2/3 times to tell me details without even any hesitation. But earlier when I came to ask about the price a week back a funny incident happened.Second advise when you deal with a customer , rather he is buying or not buying you need to help him with his question and not left the customers the moment you see another customer coming inside. That’s manner. Please teach your team of uncountable number.That’s why I always directly go to the desk form where I need the stuff instead of people standing on the door for assistance.Talk politely and make them feel welcoming.

Dont buy from this place.They know nothing about warranty, we bought home appliances from this place around 19000dhs, we were shocked when rust spots appeared on the Bertazzoni cooker surface in one week even before using it, we asked for support and technical guy saw that it was new but simply they refused to admit that this is aging stock and it was kept in their warehouse for longtime and thats a result of humidity.

Zero customer service, zero credibility, zero behaviors, zero communication, very very bad experience. Be careful guys do not buy from them. Zero reputation.I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Deira city center branch and I ask for full protection and I told the sales staff I will pay whatever additional amount to insure my phone. Unfortunately I discovered he charged me extra for manufacturer warranty which doesn’t cover any accident in the phone even though he confirmed to me that this warranty covers me for any accident in front of my family as well.When I complained they said their team are well trained and this is my mistake and they told me to to court. However after A while they offered me to refund the extended warranty and when I went to Sharaf DG Mirdif to refund my extended warranty and I asked to buy a water dispenser instead and the same thing happened when I asked the sales staff if I buy extended warranty it will cover damages he said sir yes why not of course so it’s a philosophy there be careful from this kind of stores who cheated you and you will not know until you fall in this mistake. Do not trust them at all. They are untrustworthy people all from the management to the smallest employee there.

I have experienced the worst customer service from Sharaf DG. I purchased a cooking range and they said they will deliver day after and also mentioned the customer care team will call you tomorrow. Since I made purchase even after 7 days nobody call or contacted. Then decided to enquire to know what is the status. They said again they will call back shorlty within 20 minutes.Nothing happened! I called them over and over again and they said Sir you gave a different number and name for billing what the hell: i already took 2 year extended warranty. Then I checked the invoice so I found this people put different name on the invoice with different mobile number. So that means your warranty will not cover anymore even if you claim!! For me i just need to get the product ASAP bcz since i moved to new house we dont have any cooking range to cook and waiting for this till now! And nobody call yet. I dont know when they will deliver. I was surprised why they put different name and number on invoice even I have filled name and number on the guarantee card also i have Sharaf DG membership. I bought all my electronic items from Sharaf DG. 6 months ago i bought one phone and they said i can replace this phone any time with new phone even their is simple scratch. When you just buy a phone you dont get this unrealistic offer! You need to buy their warranty!! So they basically selling warranty with terms and conditions rather than than product. So I understood its not going to workout in the future expecially from my experience. Lack of professionalism in customer service, very poor and desperately waisting time!

I paid for warranty service, and they refuse to fix my watch unless I pay themI bought a watch on Aug 2020 and its still under warranty, I had problem with the watch’s motherboard and they should repair it without any cost, but they requested for 378 as repairing fees plus 170 checking-service fees (the problem is not mis use)Also I had a call from one of the technicians that checked my watch and he treated me very bad, “if you are not going to pay the fees you cant take your watch” I called them and had a huge argument to get my watch back without repairing.I took the watch to Huawi service office and they fixed it for freeI will never buy anything from them as they lack honesty and respect to customers

My worst experience purchasing anything so far. I had ordered a console online which was to be delivered 5 days back. I contacted the call center and their response was just unprofessional. They did not know why it was taking so long and they were telling me to just wait while something i have spent 2000+ aed on hasnt arrived 5 days past its delivery date. It felt like they were making a fool out of their customer. Its been this late and the store hasnt even attempted contacted me from their side, although the call center has been saying they will for the past 5 days. I also went to the store to enquire about the issue with customer care. They too were ignorant and kept me waiting for over 30 mins before i could ask them anything. and when i got to ask them they said the product is currently out of stock and the delivery can be delayed indefinitely. But they should have mentioned it in the website before taking my money. On the website it showed they had stocks available and that the product would be delivered in 2-3 business days. absolutely unacceptable. please dont spend your hard earned money in this store. you may get the product but when you are in need of any post purchase assistance they absolutely leave you on the ledge and just ignore you.

I went to this store yesterday, there was literally one staff in televisions section,i almost selected the tv i want in about 20 mins and had to wait for that one staff to fnish the arab customer, deliver his tv to parking and come back just to give me the piece and take my payment, and in meanwhile when i approached other staff they were least intrested to help, just to buy a TV and had to wait almost 1.5 hours is not professional at all.Though the LG staff i dealt with was helpful and nice.Atleast increase the no of staff!!

Worst experience ever....I bought a TV 3 weeks back and asked for home delivery then it appears that the TV is not in the stock and after visiting the store 3 times the problem was not solved and instead they offered me with an alternative with less quality and with the same price of my invoice (even the price in the market is less than what I have paid)....at the end I came for a refund and this is my experience in brief.

Extremely disappointed with the sale guy, I went to purchase a Tablet for my kid, liked a model asked the guy to get it, immediately without even checking his stock he immediately informed that it’s out of the stock. Just to proved that he is correct he asked his female colleague( happened to see her in cash counter)she too accepted his version, that’s when I confronted him that without even checking his stock how can he says this, I was about to leave this place, that’s when I decided to check online. I had a very bitter experience with Sharaf DG MCC team including sales and customer service team. I went to buy a 128 GB I pad and afterwards Sales Girl Ms. Tiffany asked to opt the color. Along with it I have purchased many other items as well from the store. I made the payment and came back . After using it I came to know that they have given 32 GB I pad instead of 128 GB. Went to customer service again they are saying in that color only 32 GB is coming. Sales person never ever informed us regarding that. She just hide the info and made us to buy the product. And they are not ready to do anything on this. Also customer service team is justifying her blindly. She knows if 128 GB is not coming in that color i would be going and purchasing the same from somewhere else. So she didnt reveal it to us. I simply wasted my money and i had to buy a new I pad of 128 GB again. So guys pls very careful while going to this shop

Very poor experience at the showroom!I knew the model to be purchased and yet had to wait for an hour to invoice. On top of that they committed a delivery time and then delayed it by 3 days quoting system issues. Had I known earlier , I would have purchased from the neighboring EMAX store. They sold me a display item for same price as new, on there website they have the exact same item brand new for same price as display item. The store manager gave useless explanation and did not even attempt to resolve my complaint. Very dissapointed, on top of all that, the delivered item has parts missing. Which they gave to me, i was not offered any good will for my trouble or any sort of compensation wot so ever not even an appology, the store manager seriously needs training on how to deal with customers, and learn wot customer service is, i was planning on making further purchases i just moved into a new villa and need more appliances i would of haf possible spent more then 10,000 dirhams, but due to this experience i will never deal with dgsharaf again, the manager did not provide me with any head office contact details but told me to use the online chat on there website which is operated by a bot.! That alone is enuf to show the level of after care , dgsharaf and there store managers provide.

Bought a refrigerator from here and had a nightmare of service. They have cheap merchandiser wars between brands and they behave like street vendors. I had an express delivery for the appliance and it was promised to be delivered in 24 hours. So accordingly we had planned and disposed off my current refrigerator the next day and kept the stuff anticipating the expected so called 24 hours delivery. Upon receiving no calls or intimation , after the 24 period I started calling their customer service team , who only has one reply, concerned store manager will reply to you within 24 hours and finally I get a call after 2 calls and 2 hours and the so called store manager said he will call in 5 minutes and disappeared, and my ordeal continued again. After 2 calls again the store manager calls again and says its their mistake and you will get it next day by 12.00 which I dont trust. They neither have value on their words nor have customer handling. I felt like a fool purchasing from them . I wonder how such companies exist when UAE government has their own customer happiness for govt sector which solely looks after the well being of all their customers

They are doing fraud with home delivery and delivering very low quality products. On the outlet they showed me good quality Cooker but with the home delivery I received totally a different one. I tried contacting their support but they put me on hold for half hour and after that told me supervisor is not available for the moment and will call you later.Totally a very bad experience and a not recommended seller. And with their behaviour I can judge that they will be more worst with the warranty services as well.

Second time coming across this female duty manager in Sharaf DG Mirdiff City Centre. Today was the second time around noon time.Has no sense of dealing with Customers or other staff and any customer relationship skills. One of the rudest person I have ever come across working in any stores.If people are not happy to do their job, they should not be given this position and have someone who knows how to talk and deal with people/customer/staff whoever.It is really sad to see the professionalism.Only reason would not go back there again because of this Manager.

Very poor customer service, recently bought a laptop for which one speaker was not working, customer service promised 5 working days after repeated calls. On 5th only store manager is checking the issue when we tried to escalate. The problem is people here do want to resolve the problem but just say there is a policy and you have to wait for 14 days if the product has manufacturer defect. It is fair to have a policy but it should not be taken as an reason to take things causally.Store manager when discussed informed will take cases only after 7 days and not before. Seriously dissapointed by the service.

Dear support teamWe have purchased a hisense 65 inch TV from your Mirdif showroom on the 5 Sept 2020. For aed 3999.Along with that we have also purchased the stand for the same worth aed 289 and headphones worth 449 aed.We have paid all in cash.We were promised a delivery by the 8th of Sept.Upon waiting the entire day we visited the showroom and to our horror we found out that the television was not in stock at the moment.We were promised a second delivery date of 28 Sept.We were extremely patient and we waited anxiously for the same.We had not received any call or any intimation on the delivery.Upon calling the sales representative we found out that the delivery will take place on the Oct 3.We yet again waited patiently.Upon calling back the sales representative he has still not advized the current status of our order.This is extremely unprofessional behaviour from the sharaf dg organization.So far there has been no update from your call centre side also.Its us who are following up.We are out of 4737 aed plus additional installation charges of aed 349 aed and we have not received our product.We are extremely disappointed and we would like to claim our full refund on this.We appreciate your soonest response.Scanned is a copy of the bills along with the date mentioned is attached for your reference.We have already mailed to support@sharafdg. Employees are liers and have no credibility.I told the employee I want the first generation iPad pen, he gave me the 2nd generation pen and told me it works .. before I buy it I checked and I knew it will not work. I found the right pen and gave it to the guy, he tried to scan it but it didnt work, then he said Ill go to scan it from the other machine .. he put it in the bag and came, when I reached home I noticed that he changed the pen and gave me the wrong one again.Such a bad service and bad employees 👎

I complained them about my issue and everytime i called, they gave me 24 to 48 hours and told me ill get a call back but never got one. Bought a PS4 with a free game (Death Stranding) offered by Sharaf DG. Tried the game for the 1st time and didnt work since the CD was damaged. Went to the store to exchange and it was rejected.It makes no sense to me that you offer something thats is damaged and dont replace it. Very disappointing service from ur end . We ordered and paid 13 items in March and they promised the delivery on 12 th March and they failed to deliver. I called customer care and they agreed on 14 th March and they only delivered 12 items and 1 item is missing . When I call customer care they don’t have any accountability to check and call me back. No single call Recived from their end when item will be delivered . I personally suggest my friend ur place to buy the goods during his visit in Dubai . Today 15 still they siding deliver the item and still they are not giving any confirmation about delivery or refund .

Poor service. We are regular customer of sharaf before now the quality has really gone down. We bought a tab and it is having manufacturing defect. We had reported in 10 days and they did not give a replacement and the repaired and gave us back after 1 month.Despite having insurance of 2 years. This is the service they provide.

I intentionally went to the shop today to buy s10 since my old mobile was broken. When I asked the price difference towards SharafDG app which is cheaper, the guy told me that online is a kind of 3rd party and not reccomendable. When I asked him how about s20 when it will come? He answered me that s10 is a smart choice and its becoming limited, but if I rather choose the AED 3000++ budget its my decision.Then I suddenly went out from the shop and purchased to the next shop E-City whom the staff doesnt show any discrimination and happy to accommodate.If you want more details, you can get back to me and will give you more specific details for your investigation, since the attitude of your staff will just drag your business reputation down.

Worst call center service, they keep you on hold for 7 -9 min and hang out the line. Happened to me many times , what a waste of investment of your call center. Purchased an Induction Plate online; item was used, wrong model, not working either. Returned it to Mirdif Branch. It has been 2 months now waiting for my refund. I have called 5 times, each time they tell me they will escalate the issue to a manager etc and that I will be reimbursed in 2 days, and somebody will call me same day, but nothing happens. For a while they would text message me that my item is ready to pick up. I had to call again and again to tell them, please read your staff report on the Ticket Print. It says customer wants REFUND and that the item was DOA. Whenever I call they say there is no update on the issue yet. These kind of behavior usually come from companies on the verge of bankruptcy. They refrain from reimbursing people till they declare bankruptcy protection, if this is not the case, then these people have no respect for their customers, only empty promises. I will never ever buy any thing from this company again.

I was lied by the team about the rewards FUNPass and TravelPass.I have sent so far multiple emails and reminders to claim the vouchers. I think this is the first time I had such an unprofessional attitude from Sharaf DG.This is case ID 380299.I will post the entire email chain with them later if there is no response.Update 25,dec 2019 : after emailing to the customer service below who promised to fix and apologised. Till date no solution after repeated follow up.Mostly This is my last purchase with Sharaf DG. I hope they improve the customer service

I have posted this recommendation and received a reply from you gus saying we regret to hear that share the information on [email protected] and ive sent twice after that untill now I haven’t received any solution the pic shows.I do not recommend using any sharaf dj online application as they confirm the delivery time and before the delivery by one day they cancel it without calling the customer asking for someone to contact me and no one answers especially the team leader of the online team he doesn’t care as they sent him an email to him directly tried to email the support team “ [email protected]” there is no response so bad service

I purchase 2 Samsung tablets A black color from City Center Mirdif and there was only one available and they promised the next day I will get the other one if I paid in advance. Surprise, I came the next day and nothing was there!!! Their excuse is the 24Hrs promise is not 24Hrs it is 48hrs!!!

Not recommended at all. Purchased from GiTex. Did not received the delivery after 7 calls though 3 days. Sent mail to customer support. No resolution/proper response received. Sent feedback through Sharaf main site. No one responded. After 5 days of waiting, only response received from customer service is No updates on delivery.Requested for refund, on second day, CCC agent said the previous agent didnt put a request for that too.Guys, you really need to focus on your business.Bill details attached and every details is available in your mail and CCC.

All the promise of Happiness Centre is but lip service. Like Gitex 2018, 3rd day, took us 3hours to pay! At Sharaf Mirdif, no designated cashier. Sales persons are ringing their own sale. No order. A guy waited 30mins only to be told to wait some more. The guy ended up tossing the order receipt at the counter and walked away. This happened today, 19 Oct, around 6-7Pm. You got all the trimmings posted on your store, no substance. Full staff, 3 supervisors, 20,% customer service. Shape up.

A bit of everything with prices that doesnt always reflect the best in town. Reasonably good sales people, but with a commision system plaguing many shops where every purchase need to be allocated to a salesman and a system that I saw first hand in their organization, it gets on your nerves where sales matter more than proper advise.

Poor service. Bought a tv and then asked for it to delivered and installed!! Bad decision. Waited 30 min after staff couldn’t figure out how to book the delivery and installation service. Eventually I got it booked. Two days later I waited for the delivery. Never turned up. I called they said they stop working at 4.30 and start at 7.30-10. So I said I would call back. I did to ask for the 7.30-10 delivery. I was then told they work until 6 and now it was too late for delivery and it will have to happen another day!! Awful service! Avoid especially if u want your goods delivered.

Horrible customer service, my items was defected and they had to verify the defect which will take 4 - 7 days working days, you need a report from a so called authorised technician, the whole process of isnt worth it the actual product bouhht. Buy from a reliable dealer. Never again Sharaf DG!

Visited them in GITEX for purchasing electronics items. Staff at printer section was not helpful and did not clarify my queries. Checked different staff but none was clear themselves for GITEX promotion passes and ADCB credit card deal. First of all staff should be well aware of the promotion deals themselves. If not then they should not misguide the customer by giving incorrect and misleading details.

Worst Experience as a customer. Bought LG G5 Gold Mobile from Sharaf DG, Mirdif city Centre. Sales rep is Tamoor. I booked the mobile and delivered through courier next day. But they gave me gold color mobile with grey color flip cover. I went to Sharaf DG shop and asked why did this happen and everytime they were giving different answersa) First they told me in whole UAE, this bundle comes with golden color mobile and grey color flip coverb) Later it was proved wrong when checked with Emax shop next to Sharaf DG and they have golden mobile with golden flip coverc) Now they says only Sharaf DG wont get gold mobile with gold flip cover and hence they dont have stockI felt pathetic to talk to guys and wasting my time on this.I am raising this comment only to show what kind of foolish answers they tell to customers
