Took 1 water dispenser its not even completed 7-8 months its stopped working we gave 1 time service, And then again, 3rd time, And then when i had told them to pick it they said water dispenser on site warranty not available, No idea whats the point, Very disappointing. The brand is SUPER GENERAL. I never gonna trust this brand.

I am from India and I bought a Nikon camera, a Canon lens and a JBL speaker from this shop. The only shop in Bur Dubai which provides 100% genuine products. Although they dont provide international warranty I havent faced any issues. They also provide tax concession by which you can get a tax refund on the airport. Only buy from such shops. All other shops may offer power prices but the products may be fake. Overall, I dont regret buying from this shop.
