*BEWARE* the laptops sold on their website are cheap for a reason: they are mostly grey imports (i.e. genuine products but imported and sold unofficially). Some of them are opened box which are most probably customer return and will be missing some accessories. If your purchase has issues, the vendor will not accept return or exchange, which unfortunately happened to me. You cant get help from manufacturer since your product is not authorised to be sold in the country. While their customer service is relatively responsive...ultimately, if your product has issues, they cant take it back so youll be stuck with a piece of junk. Buy at your own risk.To lablaab: if the issue is software rather than hardware related, why is it that your technician cant resolve it even after 3 weeks? I had to send the laptop to you back and forth (a few times with my own expense) and it was complete waste of my time. The bottomline is you are not providing dell warranty. Just limited support and all other perspective buyers should be beware of this.

Poor service delivery, unhelpful follow up and I definately wont purchase again.For your understanding I have also attached a screenshot of the entire conversation that shows how unhelpful they were in resolving the issue.I had purchased a Ebook reader for 890AED which they had displayed on their website as the newest model but Lablaab delivered the previous model of the product (which I already own) and then refused to accept a return because the box had been opened.I want to be clear, the new model and the older model of this product are packaged exactly the same and only indicate the generation of the product in very fine print on the back of the box, other than that the only way to know it was the previous model was to find that it did not have the features Lablaab advertised on their website.As a potential customer you should know that,after reaching out to them they argued with the price point on ebay (?) with the price I paid trying to persuade me into thinking that I am not losing as the customer (completely ignoring that they never sent me what I had ordered).They then quickly changed the product page to advertised the product they sent me and not the product I originally ordered, proving my complaint.I had to follow up twice (nobody got back to me) to find out if Lablaab was going to do anything to resolve the matter and finally one week later, I was offered 100AED to spend on their website.I was going to purchase a laptop but glad I did not as this could happen with any electronic item.Perhaps it was an honest mistake, just be careful when buying from this company.

Really the location is great and the service is excellent! At first, I was afraid of the high evaluation and the more positive speech ... I bought them a roku streaming stick plus at a price of 240 dirhams and with shipping to Saudi Arabia 308, and despite this it is less than the price of Saudi stores, which is 389, and I tried it very well, and it reached me quickly what I expected 3 days!
