Worst service ever. Took the fridge for repairs and on return it it did not work for more than one day. Then they did not show up to redo the repairs for another 3 days. Need to buy a new one. Thanks to them. Without looking they want to change the compressor.

Horrible (by far the worst)experience! Had a small issue with the cooling in my AC and their technician said there is a hole in to compressor and hence there is leakage and it must be changed. They charged AED 300 for the same. And a week later the same issue came and there was a burnt wire which they fixed. A month and a half later the issue occurred again and this time a different technician came and said there is an issue with the compressor and there is leakage. When we said that another technician from the same company JUST repaired a month ago he says that the other technician mentioned CAPACITOR whereas he had clearly said COMPRESSOR. They had taken the AC for repair and left and did not respond for a WHOLE DAY! When I called back later in the night and reiterated that it was their fault for not fixing properly he SHOUTED back in a very rude manner and refused to do the repair work if we do not accept to pay money AGAIN! The person keeps on delaying the time of delivery and whenever we call (since its summer and the heat here is intolerable) he just replies in one sentence and directly cuts the call. These are THE MOST unprofessional and rude people I have ever seen and there is a ZERO percent chance that I would call them again or recommend them to anyone. Sometimes I wonder if they intentionally do not do the repair properly so that they can mint money every time. So, PLEASE PLEASE do not call them for repair services. I am sure there are many other shops nearby who would atleast get the job properly done on time and be polite to you. If we message the receptionist (or whomever the person is) she reads the messages but ignores it completely. Completely shocked! It is summer now and for the past 2 days I do not have an AC and it is extremely hot and am barely able to sleep!

Never ever request any service from this people. From 5 pm Im waiting and now it is 8.40 and still. Now their phone is switched off. Why do you run a business man? Go and work as a pizza boy, you can understand the value of time.

Excellent Electronics repairing Service and in Dubai & Sharjah

I paid almost 800 AED and after a week the fridge was not working.They promised 3 months warranty but for the next 3 months they had a lot of excuses not to come, and at the end they told me that they are sorry but the warranty is expired.Never had such a terrible experience in 8 years in Dubai!

We have got our washing machine repaired on 27th Mar 2020. It stopped working on 10th April, just after 2 times usage of the washing machine.Since then we are following up with the receptionist but in 15 days we have not received no response. We understand that due to current situation, companies timings are less, but still maintenance services are working and even if no one is available for maintenance, there should be a way to reply to the customersToday we sent the message requesting to send someone to see washing machine which was completely ignored. Then we called to request to send someone but the reception lady started shouting and yelling and told us to go to police and that she will not send anyone for repair.Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.

The Big mistake I have ever done That I had given to them my refrigerator for Reparing today afternoon. Their technician had come and took the refrigerator and told me with in 1 hour will get back to with the problems.When I didn’t get the call I contacted them many time wia watsapp and calls.Nobody responded than I called around 7:30 pm from my different number and the lady picked up the call and told me that will get back to you by 8:00pm today but still The same nobody responded yet, than started keep on calling them and watsapp them but no answer.I can wait 1-2 days no issue but first they had given me promise that will update you in next 1 hour. And this commitment given Me at 1:30 pm 22/05/2020, and till yet no response.They just want to grab the customers and they know how to play with customers.SUCH A BAD SERVICE.Guys pls don’t take any service with them.Thank you!!!

Not genuine or Professionals, Please stay away. First proposed me aed 350 for recharging gas and replacing capacitor and someother fake terms. Then came down to aed250. Finally settled for and charged me aed150 for replacing a capacitor which usually costs aed 25. They wont give any bill or receipt. They neither cleaned ac internal unit or external unit They simply reassured me that everthing is perfectly alright and if an issue arises they will visit to sort.By evening my ac unit again broke down. And when i called they are simply ignoring my callsThey do not have a land line number, some random person answers the call

Last week i called them for a fridge repair by seeing the positive review in google. They came on same day and repair it. After repair also, it was not cooling properly so they inform that after 2-3 hours it will be working properly and they left. I contacted them again because after one day also it was not cooling but these guys never responded. Now i’m going to complaint in customer satisfaction dept.By seeing review, Don’t give your products for repair to this company.....Worst experience

The worst experience as a customer. I gave them 2 jobs in 2 apartments, and not only they didnt show up on time, but they didnt show up at all. No advance notice, no call, no text regarding this. I have called and asked before the scheduled time to remind them about the appointment and the receptionist told me maintenance people are on the way, which unfortunately was not the case at all. After a while, the receptionist stopped answering my call or text, thats when I know they are not coming. On their website it says this company been on the market since 1972, I should have known, a company who is not best at its field after 40 years, is definitely a company I should have NOT contacted. Lesson Learned.

Scam. previous repairs were done with this company so I called asking for help. They had me answer questions, send pictures, location etc and then stopped responding to my texts. I receive read notifications and I have been polite but they have entirely dismissed me as a customer. Sad.

Very bad service and customer relations.I requested a fixing for fredge and a washing machine and I had to call them tens of times to bring them back to find that both are having problems still. Then I had to go through all of that again and still waiting to bring back the appliances since 4 days.The fridge took them 3 trials to fix it.The washing machine took 2 trials and still with them.They don’t give receipts too. So by using their services you are involved in tax evasion.My fridge stied at their shop for 3 days and the washing machine is still with them and they are not responding to calls or messages. They have time to read and reply to google reviews but no time to do their job.I want my washing machine now.

I would rate this as one of my most horrifying customer service experience ever. I obtained thier details from Google as my whirlpool cooking range had an issue with one of the burners. While their customer service executive Mrs Sadia was very proactive in answering my calls on a Friday 19 th of April 2019 she ensured my cooking range was picked up on Friday itself and she assured me the same would be repaired and delivered back to me on Saturday 20th of April late evening. As committed the delivery person Mr Mirza came in late evening on a Saturday and delivered the cooking range. To my surprise after he fitted it back the cooking range was not repaired and the same burner was not working. What I found rediclous was both Mr Mirza and Mrs Sadia forcing me to pay them the amount less one burner charge. When I refused to pay Mr Mirza took back the cooking range assuring me he would fix it and deliver it back to me on Sunday 21st. After enomorus calls on Sunday to Mrs Sadia she assured me the cooking range would be delivered to me on Sunday before 7 pm. I kept following up with her till 9 pm where I was then informed by her my cooking range is ready for delivery however they dont have vehicles hence the same would be delivered to me on Monday which is today the 22nd of April 2019. This morning I was informed by Mrs Sadia my cooking range still has issues and hence she will personally visit the whirlpool office and ensure the cooking range is repaired and delivered to me. She assured to call me before 2 pm which again she did not and I then called her after 2 pm where she told me my cooking range is now working and I need to call. MR mirza to check when he will deliver the same to me.After 3 calls to. MR Mirza he has now informed me the cooking range is working fine and he will deliver it to me by 9:30 pm today. I surely urge clients to avoid their services due to lack of ownership and lack of time management and commitment. I have fixed a con call with a senior person at the whirlpool head office in UK to share my negative service experience with them. I will keep all of you posted on the outcome and even update you incase I receive the cooking range today provided there are no new excuses.

The guys came to repair our AC on Friday 3:30pm , the Ac was all ok. Saturday morning we saw that our AC was leaking and it smells like something is burning! We have notified the team and they said they cannot come today and will come on Sunday at 7pm! We just need to remind them an hour prior! Text has been sent and called them but until now they are saying they can only come after 1:30hrs and it is already 8pm! For sure 1:30hrs is just a word for them!

We called these people by seeing their company in Google and asked them whether they will be able to change the PC board of Kenwood washing machine. They said yes and thats how we took the washing machine to them. When we reached there we realize that it is a very small repairing shop. Anyway since they said that they will repair we gave them for repairing. After 2 days they called back and said it is repaired. We believe his words and went to take the washing machine back. We were so upset when we saw the condition of the washing machine. He put PC board of different model washing machine and said now it is working. He asked for 150dhs but since the work was not done properly we gave 100 dhs and took it to home. We reached home and fixed it. But it was not working. Immediately we called him and he said he is having shop in sharjah and he will come and check. But he didnt come. Then we keep on calling him. He was not answering. Then we called from other number. He answered and gave Mirzas number. We called Mirza. He said give me 2 days. I will get the PC board of same model machine and bring it to you. After 2 days when we call he said he got the PC board and he will be coming home and will fix it. Just after that Mirza stopped answering our calls. Today again we called the other person and told him that we will be posting about your company in social media. This is the incident happened with National Electronics.
