Amazing machines, terrible after service even if you have a guarantee it took me two weeks to fix my washing machine until now nothing at all !

0 for the customer service.Its been 2 weeks without any hope to fix the TV that still under warranty, and I just bought it 2 months back.Lack of experience and support, Ahmed Samir, the call center manager, lack of customer service. They want me to pay AED2400 for an internal damage that was caused by the factory! Confirmed by Qludeen, the other customer experience team leax.There is no single scratche on the screen from my side. Such a disappointment experience with LG.Will stop buy from them and advice everyone the same.

Staff are extremely cooperative. My LG G2 camera was fixed within 15 mins while I waited their. Extreamly high professional staff.

Great Electronics company & staffs are very helpful.
