This is an authentic Egyptian restaurant that servers Egyptian food, the place is located in the heart of Dubai in the Al Barsha area, fortunately therere lots of parking spaces around, the atmosphere is nice and the design of the restaurant is simple and neat.They have amazing varieties of food covering breakfast, lunch and dinner at very affordable prices.The food was very delicious and the portions were more than enough and the prices are very affordable.The staff also were very friendly and helpful and the whole experience was great.

This was our second time at Al Ammor. The food is always very tasty and comes out super fast. We always fill full and our pockets are happy. We got all this for under 100 dhs. We would pay double or triple for the same amount of food in a mall. The only I have with this establishment is the second room where people can eat. It’s a bit dirty, smells musty and the door was kept open to the outside so flies kept coming in and bugging us. They could renovate and this would solve the problem.

I had food delivered to my home. Ordered sandwiches, Koshary and Feteer with cream. The feteer was beyond delicious!. It was hot, creamy and yummy. I am an extremely statistics customer. As you can see I ate half of it, will order again for sure!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Al Ammor in Barsha has been a good addition. They have extensive menu and services are great. I love their Egyptian Pizza (Al Ammor Special), Hot dog Kraft and Honey & Cheese Kraft.Their food portions are great. Value for money for sure.

Was adventurous to venture out to try new restaurants of different genre. Chanced upon this Egyptian restaurant that was quite affordable given the amount of food we ordered as shown in the attached photos. The meat are a bit salty though and not really my cup of tea (need to clarify: this is just my personal palate, which may not do justice to the restaurant)

I’ve probably eaten a hundred of their honey pie and nutella pie and I am not even exaggerating. It’s very yummy and very affordable! We eat there every week, can’t get enough of it!

One of the best place for Egyptian fataer (Egyptian pizza pie)Tasty food, decent prices. One big fataer cost 25 AED which is around 6.50 $ enough for 2 adults.

Fatayer was too good

Firstly it started with the waiter taking ages to come to our table, and so it went on with his grumpy face. Ordered some food and he told us it takes 5-10 min which ofc was a lie and then the food came it was Hawawshi is a bread stuffed with meat, usually this comes with Tahina, some pickles and some herbal sauce that I had to ask for and the waiter was saying in very rude way with angry face wait ... Ill get it and to tell you honestly, you would know if the waiter was about to get something else or not and this guy wasnt going to get them if I didnt ask. So he brought the Tahina sauce very old and dry from top and the veggies plate was looking like its from trash which you see in the photo. Terrible service! I dont recommend to go there at all. If there was minus stars I would rate it minus 5 stars.

Amazing food. We used to go to their Karama branch for fatayers but this is much better.Not only the fatayers but falafel dish was also great, crispy, large balls from heaven.The service was impeccable, the food tasted delicious, it is budget friendly. Our waiter was extremely helpful and patient, he deserves a shout out.All and all it seems to be our new feel-good joint.

Very good variety of food but service is not so fast. Also it located in very crowded street in Barsha and it is not always easy to get a car parking.Price range is good as you get one big Falafel Sandwitch with just 3.5 AED. Usually you do not get such low price for food in Barsha. The restaurant has all variety of Egyprian food and big hall for seated in. The only thing that they do not make potato Chips only pom friet

The pies they serve here cannot be found anywhere else ..Mix Mix meat with cheese is a must try.

Today I visited Al-Barsha/Emirates mall branch while we (2 families) had very bad experience (almost the worst across the chain visits). Actually everything went wrong/south. Every item of food, drink, salad etc... were below average although we paid almost 450 dhs. Bathroom was awefull, service was low quality and timing in food order, delivery on table was a disaster. Surely LAST visit.I recommend to everyone to visit Sh Zayed Road branch (visited few days ago) with a completely better and different experience.

I loved the Dal Soup there and the FALAFIL was Really Amazing and huge. Staff was also kind and professional, best place to go with friends and family.

The overall food quality was low. Soup was bland, fatoush quite tasteless and not fresh, grilled chicken looked stale and wasnt fresh at all,seemed like it has reheated and given to us. The fatayer was okay but huge prices of bland chicken inside made it less appealing. The overall ambience was okay and nothing extraordinary. Not recommended.

Really disappointed with the food. We went for dinner and we got offered the dish of the day and we also ordered soujou pie with cheese. The food is too salty and full of strong spices like cumin. I am not coming back here again but Hopefully this restaurant will better its food quality.Only gave 2 starts for the waiter who was nice and attentive!

Great Egyptian food place. It is very inexpensive but good taste. I tried chicken biryani, it was only AED 20 and enough for 2 people, very soft chicken and dry fruits were added to it. Was served with sauce and salad with crackers.Al ammor is synonymous to the famous Egyptian Fatayer. Since we have an outlet of Theirs where I stay, it is but natural for me to try this particular one too during my visit to discovery gardens. Fatayer taste just the same. Staff is deft, maafI English and seemingly rude( but that’s just how they are; it’s probably natural to them). Ordered chicken Fatayer and meat special Koshari.

The food quality and taste are not like other branches. They should work on it before they loose their customers.

I sat down in the outside area planning to order a meal here after 11 pm recently. However, all around the outside seating area and for a considerable distance around customers were treated to an unholy pong due to the emptying of the restaurants waste tanks into a collection truck. It was off-putting not only because of the smell but also the noise from the pump. I decided to go elsewhere, smell was intolerable. Management, this practice needs to be stopped as it will lose you customers. Change to collection times earlier in the day when customers are not looking to eat.2/11/2020 Response to owners reply - If the hotel behind is causing this kind of unsanitary situation during dining hours I recommend that the establishment pressurize that establishment to alter their collection times. Irrespective of the responsibile party, this was a most unpleasant experience and this if continues will surely cause you future problems.
