The food was below our expectations but the stuff was very friendly overall it was nice the price is almost same as dubai branchs i will love to support the Egyptian restaurant always 🇪🇬

Love the food ...everything is sooo Yummmmmm... Most important its not heavy on pocket( 2 person nearly 55aed) we ordered Tandori Pie n fried platter. Out door n indoor both sittings are good and full of colors.All I can say is good food with Good budget.

Very nice place, good quality food, it’s remind me of Egypt as everything represents Egypt culture, the staff are friendly, there is only one staff who used his fingers to dip the honey on the plate, without wearing gloves , which wasn’t very nice to see , using fingers on the client’s plate not professionally accepted. Other wise the Flafel and Foul sandwiches were nice. We buy 42 AED. It’s Egyptian flavor in all the stuff which was nice and tasty.Hope not to see someone using his fingers again, other than this it’s recommended and will try the Koshari there one day.

Excellent, hot, fresh food....staff could understand English, though were a bit slow.There falafel was to die for. If you are Gluten intolerant, pls be careful. Salads and plain rice is safer with fries and non veg items. Koushary is definitely not for GIs.Celiacs, be warned, cross contamination is highly possible

Very bad service. Been waiting for 15 minutest just to get our order. We were repeatedly ignored as customers who were seated after us were served before us. Would think twice before eating again in this restaurant.

Food was awesome, staff was good . Only 1 star is less because there AC is not good .

By far the worst customer experience i have had in UAE.We have ordered lamb chops and all was served with fat and barely some meat pieces, we were not able to bite or chew the lamb chops. When we requested the restaurant manager to show him. He became defensive saying that this is the normal and all depends on the sheep!!

They also have ample amount of outdoor seating area. Situated in the heart of Shk Zayed road. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

We ordered sandwiches above 105 dhs although.The bread was old in 13 sandwiches and two breads were hot and fresh, cold old fries as well.We were told literally we cant dine in, i promise there was like three people - in total - dining in and the rest of the tables - around 9 in and 20 out - were empty.Bad experience around work break time, I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had an excellent experience here! We got a meat hummus plus a koshari and both were super tasty! The price is reasonable and the service super friendly and fast. Romi was very helpful giving advice about how to eat the dished the traditional way. Def recommended!

Very nice place for traditional food. Manashi almoor was my favourite and the pies are the signature for the restaurant. Prices are affordable. The staff is friendly but communication is challenging if you only speak English. Better to have a little background about the menu before going there. Highly recommended

Horrible service and staff attitude….Absolutely no respect to our waiting time and our table was given to someone else who came way after us and no clear justification to what happened from staff they’re only apologizing to us, so why not apologize to that person and tell him it was a mistake and this table has someone else waiting for it!!! We were offered another table that’s literally stuck to another table with 4 people sitting, without no social distancing at all!I’m a very dissatisfied customer and never coming back.

The definition of value for money. Incredible breakfast that would last up to dinner. Egyptian food. The seating area is actually very nice and not like the barsha branch.

Food is amazing, usually, but service is appalling. No concept of customer service. Was standing around with the family waiting to be seated, only to be overlooked for rude people who sit at tables as soon as they are free (before theyve even been cleaned 😖). These rude people are the reason why Covid still exists - no concept of cleanliness. And shouldnt the workers be vigilant about these things? A big let down considering the good food.

Love this restaurant, not a fan of Arabic food but this restaurant I had 3 times in two weeks already.!

Not a nice experience as expected. Instead of veg spring roll we were given cheese spring roll which my family doesnt eat. Than we asked to replaced for crispy potato they were dipped in oil and not eatable as all. Hummus quantity was less as compared to other restaurants, Fresh baked bread was also little difficult to chew as it was hard. At the end we were charged rate for spring roll which we didnt ate. Just avoid

Food was delicious! Ordered the moutabal and Koshari - yum!! Very reasonably priced and the menu had a lot of variety. My only complaint was the waiter I had wasn’t overly friendly but overall the service was fast and good. Whoever it was that was greeting people at the door (I think it was the owner) was fantastic - very accommodating and happy to be serving guests. Oh and the bread comes out steaming hot and is excellent!! Next time I’m in Dubai I would definitely come back here.

I usually love al amoor , but this branch not so much, the AC was down so it was sooo hot, koshari is medium taste , kebda was nice, thw waiters were totally lost giving chores to each other, need more organization

Service is a little slow but the food is nice. Spicy Chicken Fatayer is my all time favourite.

We have visited more 3 times and no doubt the quality remains the same. Never expected here!! ,as we order always from Abuhail Al amoor the food really good, but here we experienced very bad,food not freshly prepared it was cold not perfect to eat

The two star less not for the food or service since its perfect,The two star less for the smoke coming out from the kitchen of the restaurant which is make ill and smell like your the chef slot of smoke in there as the photo attached.If they wont do anything about it they will lose a lot of customers.Other things just perfect.

Still for my perspective, there is no better koshary restaurant than Koshary Abu Tharek but this Al Amoor Express Restaurant offers Koshary which rivals to the one from Abu Tharek! They serve such a nice combination as chicken shawarma Koshary! If you want to have Koshary plus something else, this restaurant is unique and you can get it!

The best Egyptian restaurant ever

Servers were not attending us, I dont know if its because of our race but definitely something is not right.We had to wait for 10 mins just for a waiter to bring a card machine.I have asked 3 different waiters to have my untouched food in parcel since I cant eat, but since its uncomfortably taking so much time, I just left it.If this kind of restaurant is arabic ONLY, then put signboard, we will be more happy to skip such unwelcoming places.
