This place looked promising but the food was poor. The worst mixed grill I have had anywhere. The chicken so flat it was like someone cooked it with an iron. Only 1 lamb chop with meat for 1 bite.Potato wedges but no ketchup......The kiwi drink was fresh and good and the Fatoush was nice and complimentary bread was a nice touch. The spaghetti was OK and it pretty much summed up the experience. Too many excellent places in Dubai why would I come here again.....
The food is nasty. I ordered the roasted chicken stuffed with something. The chicken was hot yet the stuffing was ice-cold. The duck was dry. The service was poor as we were never check on nor did anyone ask how was the food. Well, now, I will tell you how the food was... It was nasty and the service was low quality. Two stars because sitting outside was nice.
Amazing Egyptian food. Im a vegetarian so I tried fatayer, hummus and khubbus, potato wedges, and koshari. The food was incredibly good and reasonably priced for the portion they serve. A friend had recommended this place and the was worth every dirham and every second we spent there.Id definitely go back to try more dishes like falafel and other vegetarian dishes.
It was good. Not preferably for people who like spicy food because its not spicy its just a regular taste. For a foodie it has a good taste to try
Not mentioning the poor food, restaurant and staff lack of minimum cleanness standard..i didnt even take a second bite of my order
I wanted to order food for home delivery, they told me min. Spend is 70 AED which I find very expensive for a restaurant that serves street Egyptian food!. Lower your min. On orders please as you are loosing customers.
Delicious food. A must try is their fish called hawashi which is meat baked inside Egyptian bread..it was super juicy and fresh!service is something tht needs work on as its a bit slow but overall had a great experience with food! Their pies (fateer) are a just amazing as well!
Price is good 7/10Diversity 6:30/10food quality 4/10hospitality 3/10Cleanliness food 4/10Cleanliness restaurant 7/10waiter 2/10do you will return to this restaurant ? NO
Food was good. But it was too hot inside seating area. Air conditioner was not working i guess...
I had kushari yesterday, and after eating it, I felt sever pain in my stomach. I stayed up all night sick and vomiting. It was very very bad and not well cooked at all. I am still not feeling well and all the blame on this resturant.
Very good variety of Egyptian food selection at affordable decent price, the waiters are friendly (however some visits they not focusing and you to wait until they come to your table). I didnt feel comfortable in the outdoor tables below the balconies in the building, and also the pedestrians who walk next to you while eating ( specially during the COVID). I recommended it for a good Egyptian food. Table cleaning need to get better
I along with my friends visited this place yesterday. We ordered Koshary and Chicken pie. Food is awesome. They have outdoor space where we can have food and enjoy the fresh air. The only thing which we didnt like is about the attitude of the staffs. Took too much time and wasnt giving proper attention. They should be a little more cultural friendly with other nationalities.
The service and quality of food are very good abd i liked thdir flafel
They have traditional egyption food. Food quality and quantity is good. Try their BBQ plater and kushri.
Nice egyptian food and good prices, friendly staff
Food was not fresh at all, grilled chicken was burnt and not fresh, fatayer was very different and dry. Staff needs training. Waste of trip and money. Not Recommend!!!
The order arrived after more than 1:30 hours when their ETA was 45 mins. I had to make multiple calls. I had order Al Amoor Grill (thankfully just that) which was cold and didnt have all the items mentioned in the menu. When I complained, all I got was a plain this-is-whats-its-supposed-to-be.Honestly, I have had amazing dine-in experience but for delivery, a meal that costed me AED 62 was worth less than 2 dirhams because of the delay and the quality of it.A horrible experience!
Good food. Good ambience. Good service
Good quality and services, need to improve customer service little bit more
Went here for iftar (break fast). We reserved a table for 4, and were told to arrive 20 minutes before iftar time. I have visited this restaurant before, and the food in Ramadhan is not as good as it is served outside of Ramadhan. I guess the crowd having to be served all at the same time was the issue here. The food was a little cold, pre-made. The salad wasnt fresh, the vegetables were more soggy then crunchy/crispy. The service was okay. Wouldnt visit again during Ramadhan.
We come here for breakfast ( Amoor service - not featured on their menu) and faterya (pastry filled with cheese and meat). The breakfast option is value for money - its a selection of dish- falafel, aubergine with chilli, roasted aubergine, mashed potatoes, one hardboiled egg, pickles, tahini and babaganush - served with bread. Its good for 2 person sharing.Their faterya is hugely popular as its freshly baked in a stone-oven and made to order. Must try.A good alternative to franchised fast food and restaurants inside the mall. Just a quick walk from the ground floor parking Mall of Emirates from the Food Court.
Very very bad in all aspects.Taste . Quality. Hospitality. Staff.Sorry to say but this is true......Experience date 18 June 2021 emarits mall branch
Amazing Egyptian cosine. perfect staff and perfect service..
Best of Egyptian foods at UAE... The quantity is too much and the taste is unique in its own... ❤
One of the best places for Arabic Cuisine. Especially for Kushri and Manakish..
Quality is too bad! Not as expected from a well known restaurant! Ordered Mixed Stuffed and it was not fresh at all, tasted like burnt and it was too dry like it was reheated! This is not the 1st time. But cravings hit hoping for a better quality food. Too bad there is inconsistency in quality and service!
I placed an order and after 3 hours I didn’t receive it when I called customer service their answer was cancel the Oreder I don’t suggest this restaurant bad service
Very bad place, i have ordered two plates one of them came wrong and the other taste too bad and not cooked well
The seating is okay.. the food is as usual amazing. But the staff dont understand English. And I have to ask them atleast thrice if I need something. We tried there mix cheese fatayer, cheese egg and had koshari all was good
Always a pleasure eating in Alamoor. Best fatayer ever!
Delicious as always....Communication issue with the arabic staff as they dont understand english, therefore we got wrong order but we didnt mentioned.Good staffTaste is always goodPerfect ambience
One of the best Egyptian food restaurants in Dubai, the still not the best... food is great and the service is good
Alexandria liver are super recommended, but the khawara soup need more of the khawara inside, and nit only soup. ;)
Taste is delicious, prices are also normal but the problem with this restaurant is that here is no nearby parking, its in very crowded area no one can enjoy the meal while talking each other because of the traffic and horns, staff of this restaurant is good but they needs to focus on cleaning because there is no marble in front of the entrance
Very high level of customer service nice staff nice food i like it
Its open 24 hours! Good food available all day!
Nice food but needs better care for the cleaning of the restaurant
Amazing food and service. Highly recommended
We ordered falafel platter , chicken fateyr and cream and honey fateyr....Everything we go to this place, they have never disappointed us....too oooooooo good, worth the money.and good quality.
Special Egyptian food, good price, verify dishes. Indoor and outdoor sittingDo you like arebian dishes? If yes, dont avoid Al Amoor resturent, they are located many place in Dubai, every where have outside sitting and have special verity dishesHope Hor Al Anz Amoor is more cheaper
Good food place not good
Amazing minced meat pie and chicken pie. A must try for cheese lovers! Totally recommending this place!
Best Egyptian food if you are looking so something cheap and cozy
Best Koshary in Town! And they have a lot more to offer too... The pies are amazing!
Excellent cheese pies (try roumi cheese), tastiest baba ganuj, quick service and relaxed atmosphere. The only thing I wish thry had on the menu is sahlab ))
I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. Severe abdominal pain, body pain, fever and cramps. Three days abdominal pain and diarrhea, non-stop. Poor hygiene practices. I ended up in the emergency ward because someone did not do his job well.Don’t trust them with your health. Some of the Staff are wearing masks above the chin keeping their mouths and nose uncovered at the height of corona.
I had the worst experience in Al Amoor today. I had to wait 40 minutes after Azan Almaghreb to have my food which it was raw and cold
I bought a Kunafa with cream to take away for Iftar but when I reach home I found out that there is no cream on it, very poor service I paid for something and I get something else.Very disappointing youll find the picture on the photos.
You are instantly teleported to a typical Egyptian diner. The food was really good and very reasonably priced.
If there is less than one star I will give , we order feteer from more than two hours and 55 minutes and until now we didn’t receive , you can imagine ?Update I receive it after three hours and it was cold so I refused
Would give 0 stars if I could. Management were unbelievably rude when they double booked my table. Shouted at me in front of the whole restaurant and I left before even having any food or sitting down.
Very good service, good food, if you need to go there you need to use MOE parking as no available parking on its side. Prices a slightly expensive than other ALAMOOR Dubai or Ajman
The best Alamoor Resturant in the chain... food tasting and presentation was very good. I recommend their Koushari and Hawawshi (perfect combination), and take tea in pot (hot drink) after the meal, in addition to their Mutabal and papaghanosh (side dishes). This Resturant can be the start of Non-Egyptians to start falling in love with Egyptian food. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Still want to have a look at the prices, little reduce will be pretty cool.
Delicious food 😋Good serviceNice staff
Worst guest services, disrespect to any previous booking, very rude waiters and handling of situation...really disappointing and shameful! If I could give ZERO star I will definitely do it, below all the standards 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎أسوء مطعم و خدمه في دبي
Really really really good Egyptian food! Especially the breakfast, one of the nicest Ive ever had! I highly recommend the eggs with bastrami and the feta with tomatoes! 👌👌👌👌 Simple, authentic and delicious.
They have these amazing pies. So filling and you dont spend much. They are also very quick in service. The environment is fantastic especially in winter
This is one of the best egyptian food restaurants.. it feels like you are eating in Egypt .. trust me from a guy who have very good taste .. try everything and you will like it
Not so great food! .. Impossible parking! .. The place is not clean enough!
In all branches of al amoor, the best chicken pie so far is in this restaurant, the staff is not much responsive you have to call many times to get answered, overall sitting is good.
Food is great but the there staff is disrespectful and very unprofessional. Shout to you deliver man short guy with bold hair. Al Amoor change your staff not your chefs. Your wasting your good food.
Service is very good and so is the food
