Well ,the website is quiet good for online shopping.Discounted prices, varieties of selections.But as being a customer. My first shopping experience was unsatisfactory.I didnt receive my order in the time they promised.Drivers hesitated to come to my location because my location was quiet far from city.thats why they made me wait one more day to get me my delivery.As well as i received one of my product damaged too.I hope they will solve this kind of issues in coming future.Two stars for overall experience.

The item received was different from what was described/ordered. Ordered English Willow bat (as advertised on the app but received a Kashmir willow bat instead. There is a huge difference in the price and quality.

Worst service ever. I have never experienced a customer service like this. Item was ordered 6 days ago (28/07/21) until now I haven’t received it. No communications or app update about the delivery. I have been calling them for 5 days and every time they promised to deliver on next day. And call centre agents has such a rude attitude where they don’t wanna answer our questions or to give a proper customer service info. I believe none of them have no idea what is customer service mean, doesn’t matter whether we buy for 100 or 10000.my last call was made today 02/08/21 and answered but service agent “saoumya” and she has no idea when they gonna deliver my product. She mentioned that the driver is out for delivery so they won’t be able to deliver my item today so it will be on next day. My question was to her to give exact time and date when they gonna deliver but she has no idea and can’t promise. Finally she came to an answer saying that they can deliver after 10:30pm to 11:00pm. I was waiting & I received a call around 10:17pm lady driver asking for my location. And I was still waiting till 11:00pm then I call her back to check whether she is coming to deliver or not, her answer surprised me. She said she can’t come, she can make it by tomorrow but still she can’t confirm me the exact time. She said this, only when called her. Let say suppose if didn’t call her, I would be still waiting. They think we have nothing to but only buy online and follow up everyday and be home expecting the delivery service. Let’s hope if she gonna make it tomorrow as she promised. The very worst service ever I don’t recommend for anybody to buy on their web. Their mobile app sucks no updates and fake promises.

I placed order 4/9 and received items 7/9.3 items were missing including one out of 4 smartphones I purchased.No one even contacted me informing that those 3 items were out of stocks and won’t be included in the items to be delivered. I must’ve known and you could’ve just informed me in an early manner, for me to look for another alternative avenue to purchase these items as i was supposed to include these items on my “balikbayan” box to be sent home in urgency.I had tried calling your customer care number twice but I was put on hold more than 10 minutes subsequently. I only received a call from you guys one day after I initiated the second complaint through your mobile app.The Indian customer service agent guy was even as angry as I was, even he emphasized that I only purchased my order through monthly installments payment scheme.Tell me, does this mean that customers who opted through this payment scheme will be dealt inappropriately or with a less customer service?I have ordered online all the same day in OurShopee, IKEA, StoreUs, Splash, Bath and Bod works and 6th Street. I only had issues with OurShopee and Namshi. But Namshi resolved the issue in just few hours in a very polite and professional manner.Sorry but this will be my first and last deal with Ourshopee. Really disappointing!

Today an individual called me and rudely said that they don’t have one item in stock. They should’ve thought of that before they charged my card though. The customer service guy had no manners as if I was asking for free stuff😂, no apologies for being so late with delivery or anything. In fact he cut me off and I’m not sure what’s happening now😂. A joke. A complaint to DED to follow. Stay away from this company. Chances are you’ll be treated like s*it and you’ll be paying money for it😂😂.

They told me if i dont want delay in my order i shouldnt change it and i will then receive item same day. I agreed, then they only deliver 2 days later. But wats more annoying its totally different item from my order and scratches on the item, i sent it back immediately. What kind of supplier is this.i should hav known there was something dodgy about it all. So i waited 8 days for delivery for wrong item, i want a refund IMMEDIATELY and want nothing to do with this company

FAKE ITEM.I Purchased Mancera Black Prestigium perfume. Which was delivered after 9 days of multiple followup.With excitement I opened the box and checked the box which didn’t have any barcode and batch number stamped in box, which every other purchase I had.Once I opened the bottle screw It had scratch which was listed as Brand New product. Then I sprayed which fades away in a minute, the perfume which has 12 hour minimum longevity and beast power mode projection. The perfume which was supposed to be strongest from the Mancera Brand. And it smells like 2 dirahm attar from Bakala.So according to the scratch in atomizer the juice must have been changed.Strongly not recommending to purchase..Worst experience.
