I got to know about Derby Group through a friend. I first used their Maids services, which was really good as I got 1 hour free, I regularly call for the services now. I then checked online and I have the Dining Plus Card too. I am pretty happy with the services, be it the vouchers or 1 Night stay. I am a happy customer and I think, if we follow the terms and conditions, one would not face any problems or inconvenience.

Highly unprofessional call agents.I just received a phone call from a very aggressive and emotional employee from this company. Upon telling her that I will be calling her back after looking into the company myself, the employee became angered and lashed out at me saying I should at least tell her my name since she told me her name, and HUNG THE PHONE on me.This is the height of unprofessional-ism, and I will Definitely never be considering using this companys services.

Well educated people available to solve ones problem... I had an issue with my laibility and Derby solved it with giving me the most comfortable and beneficial experience.. Good work, keep it up.

Probably the worst concierge service. I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 days on the phone and via email. no replies and no one is answering the phones. Emirates NBD uses them for them for concierge services as well as an upsell for their credit cards. whats the point of offering a service that their customers cannot use. complete joke

Excellent and organized company. Very helpful staff. I recommend everyone to try and experience their high level of services.

They have a tie up with Emirates NBD to provide airport transfer and other concierge services to their visa platinum customers. But they will do absolutely anything to get out of fulfilling the promised services. I tried booking for a airport transfer but they denied saying they need 48 working hours whereas Emirates NBD website and their call center agents declare 48 regular hours.Stay away from this firm. I hope Emirates NBD changes their concierge business partner.

Worst employment service i have seen. I was under their sponsorship and this lady Caroline never answers her phone or responds. Even had to bare fines becaube of her negligenceHorrible service. Consider your life screwed if you are under their sponsorship

I have been a member with Dining plus for the last three years and my experience has been very good. I have stayed in Thailand and have used there airport pick and drop services.

Unprofessional services. Always late and did not even apologise.

Very useful membership. I got one complimentary night stay in Mercure grand hotel in Al Ain and I also got 2 nights free stay in Bali, Indonesia, lot of surprise benefits so i had great experience !!!!

Its a fake card, you will not get booking when you need nor the choice of hotel. The redeem vouchers of 400AED, one has to visit different places redeeming 25 AED at each place like begging.Having paid 900AED which is equivalet to 15000 INR one might stay in 5 star hotel for 2 nights & 3 days for 10000 INR at the same place. whereas dP offers only 3 star hotels.
