We are sellers on Elabelz we never received the payments for the goods sold on there website, we went to there dubai based office in Business Bay office is closed due to some disputes. We have never experienced such a scammers they took goods from us more than 15k dhs and now everything is closed. We called owner and there is no response.I am planning to knock the doors of dubai court, as per agreement signed with my company and elabelz the payments is over due from several months.See you in court Elabelz

I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery/processing order, the quality of the packaging and I actually got two very nice products of good quality (although I kind of missed my size on one 😜).

I don’t usually write reviews but because I was so hesitant about ordering because of the reviews I wanted to assure anyone who is thinking about ordering from Elabelz, go ahead you won’t regret it. I got exactly what I ordered, earlier than I expected, I live in the US, and customer service answered all my questions and I didn’t have to wait at all they answered my call right away. No one asked me to write this review, am just a happy customer.

Wonderful service and great products. They deliver is faster when paying by credit card. The returns are fast and hassle free. They have wide range of choices with more than 50,000 products to choose from for MEN, women and KIDS. I would consider this to be the best fashion place in the Middle East. They are the only company who sell in IRAQ as an e-commerce and deliver to your door step. Well done!

Terrible customer service.I received damaged items.

My order just came after a return and even though it was cheaper i received 1pair of shoes !!!!wears the other!!!and i have payd !!!!!!!contacts not going thrue

I highly advice you not to use Elablez.They ask you to pay by card to get next day delivery,and once you are done with you payment and do the follow up, they ask you to wait 5 days for delivery as they got many orders.2 customer service representatives explain that by two totally different irrelative reasons.

I purchased goods from them, did not receive them, and they put it as delivered. Today is the third time I call them to resolve the matter, giving them more than a week to give me an answer, and they treat my complaint lightly. I am disappointed at the service and would nt consider them again.

Not bad

Do not reccomend shopping on Elabelz. I ordered 13 products and could keep only 3 out of them. Even though the packaging is well done, the quality of actual products is very poor, the sizes not true to international standard and seem like cheap Chinese made garments. I regret wasting my time shopping on this site.They also overcharged me for a item (lower price mentioned on product packet, higher charged on website) and then refused to return it.Never ordering with them again!order #100066029.

Amazing service, the only website that gave me full refund

Worst service ever. Most of the items are very bad quality and we have been waiting for weeks to have them returned. They do not provide refunds & their staff lack internal communication. The driver showed up today after weeks of us calling for pick up and did not understand what needs to be returned, he ended up leaving the items at my place. Never again!

Exceptional customer support

I usually do not like to give negative reviews, but others should know this.A piece of advice:As a supplier, avoid dealing with this company with anything other than getting paid cash up front as they will keep delay paying you as much as they can. They will then weasel out of the rest of the payment. This has happened to several companies I know.
