This is the worst laundry I have ever seen. their way to deal with customers and their neglect is unimaginable. I gave them one suit and another pair of pants on Sunday and told him that I am travelling on Wednesday evening so he said dont worry it will be ready on Tuesday evening. I went there Wednesday afternoon, the shop keeper seemed uncomfortable and after a few calls he said no clothes sir, so after a few minutes I talk to the factory manager and he says you will have your clothes by 9 PM. so I call the shopkeeper again, and he then gives me the drivers number (because it is the customers job to call them and look for his clothes) and the driver very happily informs me that he has no idea what I am talking about but he can deliver my clothes by MIDNIGHT OR SO. long story short, I call the guy back and all he says is I can do nothing about it. so bottom line, if you need your clothes, send them elsewhere.

Very not organized.... took them a whole week. they relived only when I visited the shop. they dont answer the phone and their numbers are not updated

This is a very bad laundry. They lose your items and dont even iron clothes and delay delivery. The worst laundry I have ever tried in whole UAE.
