Delivery and pickup was a bit tricky, price was a bit high, and there was some stitching I asked for that wasnt completed but the items were clean. Would recommend if you work in DIFC and absolutely need something

The material inside my blanket/comforter has been damaged and altered significantly. This is the first time I used your service after recommendation from my flatmate. This item is no longer in a good condition (big, fluffy, smooth and warm feeling). Now all material inside shrink abnormally and it was not the same like it was dried washed by other companies I used previously. I am so shocked now to see my blanket in this terrible condition now. Did you use bad chemical or is there any issue in dry cleaning process?

WORST LAUNDRY IN DUBAI, save your time and money and book elsewhere. They overcharged me 80 dirhams for removing a stain on a bed cover and they didnt even remove it at all, delivered late not according to promised time. BEWARE!

Worst service ever! Items were damaged, no call back. Had to call them and follow up several times myself. Instead of inspecting pure silk item with torn threads they tried fixing the torn threads in the fine silk. The manager refuses to speak to and handle the customer complaint. Very unprofessional and not to be used for any delicate item (business shirts, silk, blazers) . Customer service is below all levels and clothes handling incredibly poor!
