The best cleaning service you will ever get in UAE. The staff is great and friendly , customer service is on constant follow up regarding any issues you face on the app or the service ordered.I highly recommend this company for your technical and cleaning needs.

I dont usually do many reviews but I think if there is room for improvement you should address it.This rating is an overall rating.When I would rate only the cleaning i would probably give them 4-5 stars. They did a good job with the cleaning.But I dont know if the people in the office are a bit unorganized or they were super busy.I booked with McKleenz for a sofa cleaning for 4 pm. So I got a call around 4 pm with the info that the cleaners are late. No big deal (typical Dubai everyone would say).4:40 pm I called them and the lady on the phone told me they left the previous customer at 4:30 pm so they will be a bit late.Just after 5 pm I called them again and they assured me they are on their way. Its a lot of traffic (totally understandable at that time)Anyhow around 5:50 pm I got a call from Mc Kleenz that they are outside my door. Surprisingly when I opened my door no on was there. I called them again and they told me the cleaners went to the wrong address. They went to my new apartment where I just moved in but I booked for the old apartment as I was moving out.They apologized and told me they will come right away. By car from the new apartment to the old apartment would take less than 10 min just for the record.As after more than 30 min I still havent heard from them I called them AGAIN. They told me on the phone that they arrived after 6 pm at my building and the front desk wouldnt let them in. So they left. They didnt call or bother to give the customer any information. I needed to call them to get this info.Bottom Line is, I hope that no one will experience what I had to cause its a massive waste of time. Even though they did a good job with the cleaning I would not recommend McKleenz.

The cleaners are good and I rank them 4 however if you want a quick migrane attack so its the customer service management.

We had mckleenz team do a complete deep clean in our villa. From the first moment of speaking with their supervisor to the last minute of inspecting their work I can only compliment them. They are on time, organized, professional and deliver as per their promises. Windows, doors, balconies, AC vents, greasy kitchen units, dirty shower corners all of that was deep cleaned and now looks perfect. I have no words for the experience i had with Mckleenz. IVY ,MARY AND MARTIN were my life savers for the day. They were super amazing at their work. They showed care towards our studio as their own.
