I needed my fridge to be fixed. They took it and delivered back as per the pictures attached (before there were no scratches). Please, stay away of this company! Updated after two weeks: The issue with the fridge (water leaking) is back. So, besides damaging my fridge, they didn’t fix the problem. So, as you can see, a complete disaster.

They took the A/C to their shop and came back next day. The a/c was same as they took, no change , no cooling extra. Charged me extra and whenever I told them about this issue, they don’t care to fix the issue at all. Not a professional company at all

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! The staff here have the worst customer service I have ever seen to date, not mentioning they took my money and only made the problems on my washing machine worst. The owner is extremely rude and was very aggressive and hostile with me when I told him my machine wasnt working after their fix. He insulted me, a female new customer, calling me rude and that Im wasting his time and only got more aggressive when I confronted him of their scam and threatened to go to Dubai municipality. It was only once I mentioned the municipality that he agreed to refund my money, proving their scam and that they did not fix anything in my machine the first time around and only took my money. I cannot stress this enough, do not use this company for any reason!

Mr. Khalid, was kind and quick enough to help us out in urgent service need for the window A/C in our residential apartment. Poor services. Worst experience. Waste of my hard earned money and not getting any solution. NOT recommending to anyone. I wasted my full money. I PAID for inspection of a problem and the Fridge was never repaired and my full money was charged only for Inspection and nothing repaired. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL to anyone.

My fridge (Hisense RF697N4ZS1, French Door) broke after 17 months. He does not cool anymore. The gas line of the refrigerator had to be repaired and new gas filled.On 31.03.2017 I bought for over 40000 AED household appliances at Plug Ins (Festival City). Also, I bought a warranty extension for 4 years (1200 AED).After successful repair I had to pay 400 AED (four hundred) for filling the gas line. And this is incomprehensible and not acceptable at all to me and my wife. They told us that this is so common.Dear Plug Ins and Hisense and MITIf the engine of your new car breaks down after 17 months and you get a new engine, do you have to pay for the engine oil or the cooling water? Definitely not !!!We have been very satisfied with your service so far. But we will never buy from you again. And we will not recommend you at all. This could have been regulated differently. Negative reviews ultimately cost much more than 400 AED
