Very disappointed with the laundry service. We received our blanket back with patches of dirt all over, it was cleaner before the service!!! Just unbelievable. The blanket did NOT have any dirt on it to begin with, we sent it in to get cleaned because one of the family members got sick and we wanted to have it disinfected. Very very disappointed, will never use this service again.

Very impolite , the guy just hung up the phone more than once because he didnt like that i was angry that he delayed my stuff and the next day the manager called me saying that je didnt do any thimg wrong he was just following my instructions for hanging up the phone with the customers .. Never dealing woth them again

Asaz laundry has been giving a very good service in Al Warsan and Dubai International City Phase 2 area. Their prices are very nominal. They make sure the dresses arrive on time and also make sure to keep you posted on WhatsApp. Very good service and customer experience. Worth every penny!

Will not ever recommend their service to anybody. For the following reasons:1) burnt my shirt and never bothered to inform me, I had to count and guess what was missing.2) charged for shirt ironing 2aed although advertised everywhere that fees are reduced for Warsan 4 customers.3) didn’t handover my ironed clothes, simply hung them on my door at night and left. No one called me or knocked the door. When I opened the door in the morning all my clothes were on the floor.Such unprofessional irresponsible attitude. When I called and spoke to supervisor I asked to pass this information to manager, never got a call back. Was one step close to complain on them to Economic department however decided not to mess up and just forget this horrible experience.
