Apart of the fact that they don’t remove the tags I was happy with that laundry for almost 6 months. Anyways one day they returned two shirts with stains to me that definitely have not been there when I gave it to them. Elizabeth (who is really nice and competent by the way) works at the counter and witnessed that there was no stains on submission.Long story short: I claimed compensation and tried to get it for more than a month, finally I gave up because they just refused anything. Gulam (the person in charge) kept refusing that the stains where caused by them.Both shirts are worth AED 800 in total and are almost unwearable now. What a pitty...well in the end they offered a 90 AED laundry voucher - still nothing considering the damage they caused

This is the worst laundry i have dealt with in dubai for the past 10 years. For 9 months i have been having difficulty dealing with them. They always bring me my clothes missing or bring me others clothes. The color of my clothes all changed. Expensive jackets and clothes return colored change!! I contact the manager GULAM he says he will deal with this matter and stops answering his phone and messages and when i call him from different numbers and knows its me he closes the line in my face. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If the owner of this laundry knows how the manager who is charge is dealing with people he will be very disappointed.
