Worst school.staff misbehaved.Teacher are not interested to teach just doing time pass.intersting thing is that if you go for a complain they never consider it and do not solve the problem.they give you classes very late.i will not recommend this school because you will just frustrated due to delay in classes and test.

I would like to share my experience which is very much different from other student in etdi.. i purchased omniyat card without further knowledge that etdi has no branches in dubai at the time in july 2019 .so i had no other option joining other than warsan branch which is very far from my place .i find it very difficult to manage travelling to etdi after work from deira.so i kept renewing my permit because i am not able to do regular classes as my work schedule is also important to me but i managed weekly one day to reach etdi..the transportation is very difficult for me to reach on time if i start 2 hrs from my place also. As i am almost one year till now. My experience with the customer service front desk staffs was very bad as there treatment towards customers was below average than their competitors. I felt bad to be there as a student because evrything i experinced was not a fair treatment from them until i met mr fazil ahmed who is also in the front desk customer service. Things began to change from then.he was so supportive and his way of service and treatment was so much enough for a student like me. First i thought the reason behind flexiblilty with him was we both are from same country and same language .but later on i found that like other country people and differnt language individual the way he handle me and others is the same. his nature , professionalism, good form of communication and commitment towards his job was more appreciatable. .that is something really good quality which other staffs of etdi lacking. I am still a student in etdi and i only prefer him to do all my process to get things done..i wish he will be successful in his career ahead.if some senior officials get to see this please aprreciate him for his hardwork because all the 5 star rating i made here because of him alone. All the best etdi team.

If u going there for 5 mins work please make sure you have off for whole day, because u will be waiting/sleeping for hours on chairs. Officers may get engaged long breaks/ talking each others.Even they made 6 counters only one or two will be serving. And no one has dare to speak to them about their wasting hours.

This is fully waste of time and money. If you ask any single question they will not give you answer properly. Customer service very very worst. I can give zero star for them. Fully waste.

Please do not join here, there is no pick up and drop facility...you will need to wait for hours in que to book the classes and you will get classes after many days and months...please.....my learners license is getting expired now....again I have to pay to renew it....I want to book the parking test but again it is taking months...............please.......ONLY JOIN HERE IF YOU HAVE LOT OF TIME AND MONEY AND SOME ONE TO PICK YOU UP AND DROP. Ill be on honest Im currently studying here and the main problem with this school is communication with the students . They do not communicate well at all . As far as transport goes you need to be smart in choosing your classes schedule . The only reason Im knocking off two stars is because of the communication otherwise overall not bad

They will say pick up drop will be provided but they will not and you have to wait for two hours in a queue to book the class and you will get classes after one or two months.they will give only three months valid llr .you have to renew it before your test itself.

They promise transportation at the time of joining. Once you take admission they will never respond to your queries. Very rude staff. No proper transportation facility. To book the classes we have to wait for 3 to 4 hours. will get classes after 20 - 25 days. Customer service executive Mr. Hammad do not respond properly and very arrogant

The worst driving institute i ever seen in my life..!!!Lectures are good but the management is really bad especially Hamad and reception guys they are soo rude.I wont recommend anyone there and you people wont get classes on time even for me i had taken 2 hours class and i was ready to take classes any time and you people wont get transportation also,i paid taxies more than license. For me to get the license it took 5 months.i really wanted to write this experience which i faced there.Thank You.

Although instructors n staff are coperative but RTA officer is rude and arogent he failed me in parallel parking without giving any justification. However the computer had pass me but he failed me by cutting the systems remarks. I am so depressed n disappointed .

You can join here if you have plenty of time. Very irresponsible staff. Instructors are good and helpfull but the managememt is worse. Mininum waiting time to book a class is 1 hour. Arrogant admininistration. Receptionist are not at all willing to help. Worst customer service ever had in life. If you have lot of time and want to challenge your patience, I would say this is the best place.
