Doctors that tell you that you need surgery without investigating. Absolutely disgusting. Well Dubai is all the same, useless doctors who cannot get a job in their own country. Avoid!!!!

If you can survive the horrible service and lack of comprehension of the people at reception, you will be fine. Ive had great experiences with the doctors, but my experience with reception has been deplorable. Other clinics have reception staff that know how to handle insurance policy related questions inside-out, here they are absolutely useless with basic questions. I also agree with many other reviews - punctuality is a bit of an issue, which can be a challenge when Im already taking time off work to go to an appointment.

Idiots, dont even know how to set up an appointment properly. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance in order not to mess up our schedule but they kept moving it around giving us excuses. I ended up taking a lot of time off work just because they are unorganized. Not happy not happy at all.

I love my Dr Liliana Skorski and her nurse Melody, all my pregnancy they were so helpful and professional.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for an appointment, the clinic then ran late as usual but this time by 1hr20 minutes. Only to discover that no one called to inform me of the rip off costs I would have to cover including tests and scans I have already had done. The treatment was medical.

One of the worst clinics in Dubai, non qualified doctors and no communication between doctors to understand patient history. It is all about getting money out of patients insurance.

Good doctors, very good physios, bad service. Overall waiting times are long. Clinic management is poor.
