I did my MRI at Global hawk imaging & diagnostics it is the perfect center for all types of diagnostic check up with best of its services. Here the check up provides by advance and modern technique. It is the trustworthy place.

Absolutely bad service from the receptionist till the Doctor. pregnancy is a beautiful feeling towards every moms. They make us wait for long time and the nurse and Doctor they are just doing some job than a service. Not answering to the doubts which we are asking and showing rude face towards the customers. Will not recommend Global hawk yo anyone and I don’t want visit there anymore.

We highly recommend this centre. Very friendly staff and the scan was professionally carried out by a warm and friendly Dr who took time to explain everything.

I am writing to express my gratitude towards global hawk imaging & Diagnostics LLC. i am pleased with the entire people out here, indeed grateful that i have these quality professional services near to my home .i must say i was very well taken care of.This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time.

We had an appointment at 5:20pm. Came half an hour before that. They didnt check the name properly and said that we hadnt taken an appointment. After waiting for 45 mins, they figured out that they had typed the wrong name. We had to wait for a long time for the mistake they have done. Very bad service and receptionist was too rude. Will never come here again.

I had a mammogram first, and a breast ultrasound with Dr.Yasmeen. The entire experience at Global Hawk was very positive, from reception and signing in, to the gentle approach of the technician. Dr. Yas meet is very gentle and calming, and her approach very sensitive and professional. Overall very positive experience! Thank you!

I was really satisfied with the efficiency of the center. I had an emergency scan and in spite being fully booked, they accommodated me and my report was released immediately. I had a very pleasant experience.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! I would have opted negative stars, if google had that option. The staff at the reception (Deira branch), a lady, was very rude and unprofessional. She might not have heard about customer service for sure. I reached there before my appointment time, but was told to wait 45 minutes. When asked why there is delay, her response was that she didn’t give me the appointment, if I cannot cooperate, I could visit them some other time. I canceled my appointment and visited the doctor who sent me to this horrible place, to apprise him about the incident and warned him not to send any one there. I could see many reviews about this branch. So guys, please don’t choose this center.

PLS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please do yourself a favour. Even if your doctor recommends this place, (dr. might be getting hefty commisions) ask ur dr. for a different place and avoid this place. Arrogant receptionists, poor organization, immature staff. We ended up waiting 1 hour for our mri that was already scheduled.

My doctor referred me to this Centre for MRI. I had a pleasant experience in this Centre. The reception was very friendly and kind. The technician who performed my scan was very co operative. Overall satisfied with the service and the reports.

First of all you are so lucky if they answer your call for an appointment!!! So unprofessional and they ask the patient for documentation and scan... Specialists there should be trained how to smile w and deal with patients, cause they scare you and make you feel you have the worst diagnosis ever...

We have been there to do 20 weeks scan, the centre looks pathetic in terms of service such as water is not available, washrooms are dirty, the doctor who has done the ultrasound looks tired and not explained the situation while doing scan, even they dont have good quality scan machines and no monitor facility for mother to see baby in scanning. We highly suggest not go in this centre.

Deira BranchThe Kids sitting in reception really need to step up their customer service. Because thats IS Their Job! But they act As If they are volunteering for it! They wont look at you when you approach them, until you raise ur voice and talk, and they wont Put a Smile on their Faces! And in my situation, i was waiting for an Approval from insurance that took an Hour, and when i Called to Ask the insurance they told me its been approved half an Hour ago! So the reception guy “ white, eastern european” wasnt doing his job and checking, and if i havent called i wouldve probably waited for another Hour. Very Very bad customer service. The nurses were Good though.

I went for MRI like 30 minutes ago .the lady in the reception wasn’t sure about the MRI type my doctor requested ,I asked her to call the doctor and check with her before doing the MRI but she was negotiating with me and trying to convince me to anything cause she was too lazy to call the doctor ! She could have told me to make the call if she doesn’t want to but NO she just doesn’t care if I’m making the wrong MRI and throwing my money away ! I left instantly and never going back. So unprofessional and careless people.

Made my MRI on 21st of Dec, I cannot walk so it was necessary to have images and report(!) as soon as possible, so they said maximum 48 hours for report, 48 hours after I had to call them and ask, they promised next day. 72 hours after I had to call them again and ask for my report, and they promised to send it on Sat, 26th, early in the morning. After 108 hours I had to call them again and they said that report will be sent in the evening. 5 days sitting home with my problem loosing money because I cannot work. Reception shuted down my call.

Had an MRI in Oct 2017 . The service was excellent . I would like to make a special mention of Dr DeepakGoyal - Specialist Radiologist whose reporting was agreeable an acceptable to many renowned Neurosurgeons Dr in Mumbai , U.K. And USA from whom I have consulted with . Apart from his credentials , he has a humane approach which I am very grateful for . I am confident of using the services of Global Hawk Imaging and Diagnostics again in future .Would like to thank the technician Mr Densyl too for his professional approach .

Visited jumeirah branch for my first routine mammogram. Staff very welcoming, professional and friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you.

My mother on a wheelchair and she couldnt get on the MRI bench and we paid 970 AED so I asked for a refund and for three days Im going and coming at the end the lady at the reception said to me that the Doctor Who you want to said that you have to do the MRI hear!So I said the doctor suggested that I do the MRI in your place but he didnt order me.Its a real shame on the medical center who earns above 100,000 their hands cant refund 970 dirhams.-And very unwelcoming receptionists they have, usually when a client is waiting its their duty to welcome him/her but in this lab the client got approach them which is unprofessional.

Went in for a knee MRI scan at the Jumeirah branch, Haitham and Orela made sure we were comfortable, service was very prompt and professionnal, overall had a pleasant experience, recommended!

Im so excited the day I visit Globalhawk because its my first ultrasound to check the baby. Unfortunately, a good day turns to a bad day for me. First, the scheduled time is delayed for almost an hour. Second, the Doctor (female) doesnt even know how to smile and greet the patient. Looks like that she doesnt like her job. Overall, poor customer service! 👎🏻

Always there is a huge delay to do the diagnosis and extremely poor service.2 hours would be an average waiting time as per the experience shared by the patients visiting here even just for x Ray.

Maam, you need to study to be a doctor, just ringing your eyes around your boss will not make you a doctor. Bear in mind, how hard to try, even in 7 years you can get this degree. Secondly, stop these wrong practices from presenting false results, the results their Chinese machines (I have seen with my own eyes) provided are completely wrong, and I wonder how the Dubai Health Authority allowed them to work.
