Cozy and good service. Almost forgot they have a very delicious kunafe coupled with tea or coffee.

Amazing dining experience here! Chris has been very thoughtful in taking care of us and accommodating our request to sit outside to enjoy the wonderful breeze at Al Seef! I highly recommend their menu! Such big and filling portions! ♥️

Amazing knafeh

I loved the idea of a traditional sweet in this old place but the taste was not that good and not comparable to the original taste of nabulsi kunafa.For anyone who knows the kunafa would not like it too muchPrice is acceptable ( cash and credit)The stuff are nice and the products are good.

The last time I ate a kunafa this good was when I was in Souq Waqif - 5 years ago. Now, I have the kunafa at Nablus. So cheesy, not too unbearably sweet and it tasted just fine! The service was quick and the Filipino staff attending to you were super professional. Definitely found my favourite kunafa place in Dubai. Not to mention the place was quaint and super cosy, not too much of a crowd and a perfect to enjoy a quick treat. The turkish coffee Ill try for another day.

I was recommended to visit this place but I regret going there. Their customer service is bad and needs to be improved.there was only two staff,cleaning and serving which is not enough.But what bothered me the most was how one of the waiters (the one with the beard) was totally unfriendly and unprofessional when asked about something. I didn’t feel comfortable at all and I don’t think I’ll visit this place again...

Scoured this area for good food, welcoming environment, some social justice and very fair prices. Found it! Definitely worth a stop for tea or a light snack or dessert. Also they sell fair trade olive oil and soaps. Bonus! Will definitely be back.

Unprofessional customer service, not recommended at all, I didn’t feel comfortable in this place, the waiter with the beard was totally unprofessional. I was there before one year and it was better than now!!Only two waiters responsible for the cleaning and serving the customers.

The store is so nice and friendly, prices are affordable and it has a nice atmosphere, you should visit this place if you go to Dubai.

I dont recommend it at all. As to the customer service, its primitive! Waiters there are rude and curious and will chase you to add more items (drinks) to the total bill. Ive been asked in that place even about my religion! This is happened to me personally! As to their Kunafa, its just basic. Once was fresh and at another time was cold.

Its definitely one of the best knafeh you can get in Dubai, that its located in Seef adds to its charm.

After a beautiful digestive walk we sat at the Nablus. It is a charming tea room where different teas are served (Arab tea, mint tea, cinnamon flavored tea ...) and for those who prefer coffee, we offer Arabic or Turkish coffee.It also serves wonderful Kenafeh (puff pastry, dipped in rose syrup). This is tasted hot. An important thing to note: the establishment makes a point of honor to always serve ultra fresh kenafeh. A real treat

The shop is located in Pem, a lot of cafeterias and restaurants. Nabuls is a name that reminds you of the Nabulsian kanafeh and you will discover it from the taste of the coarse coffees which are offered to you for 25 dirhams. The experience is worth and the treatment is very nice. The sound of the music is very high. The times in Marsa Al Seef in general try to be visiting them in the afternoon and wandering until it is dark. The scenery is very beautiful
