Surprisingly their falooda was fantastic along with their small outlet which had great ambience. The ambience was fantastically painted by the artists from Pakistan.We tried their Peshawari Falooda, punjabi and kesar falooda. All of them had great flavours and portion size.I went again for the second time to try more.of the options as they had good number of options with them.

Visited after almost 3 years... Interior has changed totally...They seemed to have downgraded the place and hence the menu options as well... The Punjabi Falooda was still nice as before but falooda was disappointing... The Bun Kababs were nice as well... Reasonable prices as well...

Kind attention to all you Falooda lovers. You need to visit this place. Awesome Falooda are served with other items on the menu, though Im not so crazy about it.. But I really enjoyed the taste of it. Everything on the menu is excellent. Staff are really polite. They have limited space for seating arrangements but you will find bit difficult on Friday evening rest if the days no problem, parking is also concern but they still take orders from your car or you can give a call in advance and place the order. Recommended one visit and after that you would like to keep coming on and on.

Fantastic icecream and snacks parlour for Authentic Punjabi cuisine icrcreams.. its not very costly. But sitting capacity is very limited and on weekends parking is also full but its worth giving a try for typical Falooda icecream lovers..

Not the best food and definitely not worth the price but its an experience. Be ready to go to a really tiny place where the tables and chairs arent comfortable either. Overall not recommend. Since this place is usually busy with a large family, be prepared to stand outside.

Unhygienic environment smell very bad, falooda quality just average, choley chat OK, prices are much higher. Mine only first and last visit.

The falooda i purchased was really disappointing… even the ice cream on top tasted bad…sorry to say…but a waste of money and wont recommend to anybody.

I heard about that falooda of this place is good.. I tried once and seriously it was awesome... Highly recommend to visit and try falooda..

Falooda is ok but expensive

My family was really interested to try something new. We are people set in our ways so its difficult to break routine. But Billo looked so beautiful that we had to give in.Big. Freaking. Mistake.While the place is beautiful. The furnishings are wearing down. But thats not such a big deal. They say they serve the worlds best falooda so we decided to order 4 faloodas.Each was around 20-25 AED and the bill came up to a 100 AED. The little chicken sandwich we had ordered felt like it was made at any other street cafe. Nothing special about it.The Falooda... where do I even begin?? Ive been so traumatized by the experience that I dont even remember the names of what we ate.The ice cream was ROCK HARD. Im not even joking. We literally had to wait for it to defreeze. The falooda was more ice cream and less of everything else. One might think that we were eating an ordinary ice cream but nooooo it was supposedly a FALOODAJust a load of rock hard ice cream with pistachios all over it. And thats not the end of it. The ice cream had NO TASTE. It sounds ridiculous but it was not sweet at all! So not only do I have to mine it to eat it, its made for people with diabetes. UGHIve grown up eating this dish. Its the family favourite. I didnt think it was possible to ruin it until I ate it here. 👀Needless to say, Im never coming back here. We still bring it up sometimes. Its a sad story of how we wasted a hundred Dirhams.

Went after 2 year hoping there would be changed but really not an pleasant experience. They had changed the interiors but the People are same with full of attitude, order food along with Thier regulars ice cream etc, First Disappointment, was Menu Place on the Table was different when went to order food on counter, Second Disappointment, while order food the guy is informing in the way that certain order will take 20 mins of time with such an reaction on face as it customer why he ordered this food better go other place and eat. Third Disappointment, Food Quality there is drastic change before we can feel the rich creamy taste today in 2021 its more water than as mentioned Fresh Milk Ice Cream.I had stopped visiting this place but due to family request I had revisited.Sorry the place is for the Bad Platte People. If you are having BP issue will advise avoid the place as its not worth for value for money.

Billo is a sweetheart place, falooda is amazing so is the channa papri they do the real taste and are greatly hygienic too.

Very lazy service took approx 30 minutes to prepare a small order one club sandwich 2 burger and fries. Visited their after almost a year due to same lazy service issue. Food is fine but lack far behind proper servicing.

Value for money.Lack of adequate service staff , understandable given the present condition.

Didnt like their hygiene level as per the current covid situation .. and fancy good looking seating but very very uncomfortable.

Such a cheating spot....Disappointment at the core..I had 3-4 times their Mango Falooda and i was very fond to it. Today i approached them to have it againa and ended up as a disaster. The color of the falooda itself is changed. They gave me role falooda with mago ice cream on top. They adjusted and loot me. When i questioned they, it seems like they never had mango falooda in Yellow color( with the mango syrup i mean). All they were making rose syrup and Mango ice cream on top. This is how they reacted . Can you imagine having Mango ice cream in Rose Falooda and call them a MANGO FALOODA????????????????I am not such a stupid to accept your explanationSuch a crazy joint.This will be my last visit and do avoid this place for all trusted falooda lovers

My midnight craving urged me to search for a place serving falooda and Billo was the result.Parking was a bit of hassle as most spots were occupied.Loved the setup of the place. However there was limited seating with 6 tables. One table was occupied and the remaining 5 tables still had the leftover tissues and cups on it.We personally cleared one of the table and sat down to read the menu.Ordered for bun kabab and ice cream falooda combo.One with aloo filling and rose ice cream falooda.Other with beef kabab and kulfa falooda.Order took a very long time to be served.Since it was dine it, we thought it would be quicker.The bun kababs were delicious and falooda just complimented the food.Only disappointment was the overall hygiene of the place.The staff were too busy with home deliveries to notice that the tables need to be cleaned.Extremely satisfied with the food worth spending a total of 60 bucksWill i visit again?Honestly not sure

Mini Punjabi - Mini Punjabi the name its says mini but they say chota bomb 💣Bada Pataka💣 Thats what i exactly felt when The falooda went in my mouth 😋The flavour of Ice-cream were at some other level only With Roozhafza n dry fruits with milk and Vermicelli......Also try chicken Bihari roll which was served with curdchatani and the wrap of the rol was bhature it was too tasty

Nice food. Good ambiance but small sitting area. Access to the shop is also kind of tricky. If you miss entry of first service road, you have to come from far and it will take lots of your time. I heard they have other branch also. You can try falooda there which is Pakistani taste.

Bachelors were making hell lot of noise talking to the cashier. And showed absolutely no respect to the family. I have to walk out of the place it was that noisy. The cashier and the bachelor friends were making too much noise.The quality is very poor of the ice cream.If you are an ice cream lover never go to Billo.Baskin Robins is the Best.

Coming to the prices as I said earlier that is too high. Neither the taste is worth spending such amount.This store is located in Qusais but prices are located somewhere in Beverly Hills! Management are to listining.Guys bigger quantity, higher quality and great taste for the chat and Falooda cost less in Popular Lahori restaurants and sweet shops in Hor Al ANZ.Nevertheless while the time is on your side, I will advise management to re do the prices!Best of Luck

Exorbitant prices. You can get a Mc for AED 18, and bun kabab costs AED 24...without fries and drinks. Not the best of prices, and taste is not even remotely close to back home.Service is fine
