Small but a huge amount of articles including lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and a fish and a meat bar with a fresh selection. Nice staff.

The market itself is quite good and the staff are polite and assisting. Recently became more tidy and organized. Before used to be too messy. The only big problem is price tags. Its quite difficult to find prices for many items. And one more minus is fruits and vegetables freshness... The delivery service is great (fast, free and very attentive), but again bringing not fresh groceries, thus better to visit market by yourself and to choose the items you like even w/out prices known.

Very nice instore shopping has everything, but wen think of ordering online its a biggest head ache.. the store guys will never check their app, after hours when we call them to remind they will act like they have never received it and finally the order will take 4 hours to get delivered... worst online shopping ever.. this is not once it has happened every time i ordered even now for instance, i have placed an order at 9am and still no one has called me or accepted my order and the worst part is so many staff in the store never answer your call and they have only one number... bad customer experience .. and they do not rectify it. i have called nearly 15 times no one has answered my call yet.

This store has a very poor service!If there is a negative star they deserve it!No one answers the phone, called for order and for follow up after more than an hour they don’t have a delivery guy, and no one knows what I ordered! They really need to upgrade their service or close down.

A useful place

Place is Ok for daily nèeds, but doesnt contain much variety. Groceries are not fresh. Only limited household items are available.

Convenient for a small shopping.They have fresh fruits and vegetables as well.

Expensive as compared to other main grocery stores primarily bcz in JVC, there is no major grocery store.

West zone jvc needs more staff.No one answers the phone and if they do, delivery takes an hour or more even though it is in the same building.

Not fresh, no responsible answer for our needs, expensive even compared to all the markets in UAE and there is no price tag available to check before you buy.

Very bad service, I ordered by phone and they didn’t deliver and keep canceling on me when I tried to call them again.
