Good quality pricing on the higher side, lot of design options on footwear. Clothing is good but compared to other options in market it very high price.

Shame for this international brand, safety shoes worth 550 aed got tore from the interior from the first wear, and their reply is its my mistake that the shoes doesnt fit my leg 100 percent or the problem is in my leg 😅 i would have complained in the consumer rights but really i have no time for them.. avoid them and dont believe their new technologies as their quality became extremely low

CAT representitives showed their prejudice towards us the whole time we were there. They were judging us the entire time we spent there based on our casual wear. They were unprofessional, rude and mean to their customers. This is my second experience from this store. Even though I purchased a 472 AED shoes, Their attitude extremely offended me. Please avoid this showroom if you can. One in Deira city center might be a better option. And DONT FORGET TO DRESS WELL if you are going. Thank you.

Personnel responsibility was good but some models were not present to buy. we went to city center branch to find them.

The worst customer service ever in Dubai. Didnt feel welcome and staff didnt seem to care one bit. Not friendly and not service minded. I will definitely not recommend this store or the one in Bur Juman to anybody!

There was a one lady philipino staff her customer service is more better than fish market !!!! the cat will continue with her means the outlet will grow high 😃😆thats why we go shoemart...nice service....
