Very good staff, helping good and best department store in karama. And i have a request that, chachoos management please take action on these brand items as i have wasted my money in buying this from you. The material was stitched along with its company name on the elastic and i cant remove this company name paper cuts until i cut the stitches. You can see exact defect on the given photos.Dont make your customers get waste of money on their purchases... please keep this problems and report to the manufacturing units.

It’s a very good department store, now started the sale of food stuff as well. You can buy all your family requirements at the most affordable prices, and working from 9.30 am to 2.00pm and evening 4.30 to 11 .00 pm

Its a basic department store inside karama centre shopping mall. There may not be so many varieties, but for for your daily economic shopping for garments, baggages, household utensils or accessories, you can always go to chachoos. I always buy Bermuda type shorts from here. You get good ones made in India.

Its a good place to go shopping for clothes & stationary, but the staff here is just not predictable, I went to buy a dress for my friend, the staff said Sir, have a look at first you have a look at this booklet which you like Ill give you that, I was impressed and I said Hmm OK then I had a look at it and picked a dress I asked him for a large, the staff said its not there, then as I was walking out a woman came and asked for the same dress then he said Yes, Maam this way please and I was like 😲😲😲

Dear sir,i am binitha, stayed in Ras al Khaima, we went for shopping in your new showroom in nakheel ras al khaima,first time we go there last march, first floor, churidhar section there is no selection of new models, all are outdeted ones so we disappointed but i purchase an ordinary one, i get purchase coupen. then we go there 2- 3 timesmy brother and his wife with me went there,that time is like an ordinary local showroom, no new stock there, the staff doesnt know about what we wandor what we are expecting , it is not the problem of them,,in ras al khaima people expecting from chachoos extera ordinary collections and veriety of designs.there is no collectons for kidshere in rak, there is SANA, RAK MALL, also here, so people are gone to there..thank you
