Delivery takes ages!!! Even your address is just nearby! They are located just down our building . But it will take 1 to 2 hours to get your orders. And they’ve always been like this ! Always!!!

Very slow service for delivery, only order on the phone if you are willing to wait for 01 hour minimum.From now on ill try to buy everything from somewhere else as they don’t deserve our business.The problem is that the staff is not honest with the customer they say 30 then one hour and few phone calls later they still didn’t even leave the shop. What a joke.Pricing is not clear, you always have to go and check in the reader to be sure.Sometimes lot of flies in the vegetable section.

Impressed by the quality of vegitables. They have Sri Lankan stuff as well. Service is good if u ask for it else they mind their own business.The guy who cleans the prawns takes out the poop part too unlike in Carrefour so u can just wash them and cook 😀

Worst place to order , even when you wattsapp them their is always some discrepancy in the items also they make wrong bills so do crosscheck your bills coz when u call and complain about that they make you feel as if you are lying .The delivery guys always don’t have enough change and so you end up leving few fils or dirhams and whenever you run short of few fils they want the complete amount and they don’t accept if they owe you any money . Very unprofessional and rude .

I found lot of tiny pink plastic pieces in raw chicken. It must have been from the pink chopping board they use to cut raw meat. It is really shocking that even after washing the chicken, my pan had tiny droplets of melted plastic after frying the chicken. Be careful as the chopping board particles will be stuck to the meat. Hope they look into this matter as consuming plastic is harmful to health.

I waited for an order which is going to be my lunch (sardines) and a pack of juice. After almost an hour,the juice came but instead of sardines,they gave me tune,which was incorrect order. The delivery guy took a picture of what I need and he said it come after 5 minutes. After waiting for another 10 minutes,I called and they said they don’t have a stock. I said how can that be when I just bought that sardines in their store a week ago. I wnet today and found out they have a stock of what I need. I complained to their supervisor. Really bad customer service. This is the second time.First time was when I called for an order in the phone and he sounded irritating and raising his voice!

Compare to madina and other market their item prices are higher, no wonder they will close down soon

With All my respect to everyone, the worst thing I had experienced today! 5 min before closing left and supervisor or manager start asking me to go out bz they are closing even though I entered just to buy something I know and go, but he start calling me and showing me on the door! Unbelievable how rude it was!!! I still had 5 at least min. I will never advice this market to anyone else for sure and will stop buying from them! With this kind of people you will loose all your customers!!!

Crappy supermarket. Their staff always switches off the fridge with the cheese and they do interrupt the cooling chain for dairy products. It did not happen once, it happens a lot of times. Usually I buy a huge quantity of cheese, but last time it was already all melted together and I needed to throw it all away. What a waste of money. I am really upset with their shameless attitude to sell you rotten food. Moreover, the whole store is full of wrong pricing or no pricing. More than three years I spoke to the staff about it and nothing ever changed. They are so lazy and do not want to work at all. I had it a lot of times that there is a cheap display prices (e.g. 7AED) and in the cashiers bank they charge suddenly 20 AED! The worst price jump was a frozen pizza for 39 AED. Unbelievable!!! I can get a fresh pizza for that money! It always happens over there, that the price in the system is higher, but it is NEVER CHEAPER than displayed. Seriously, they seem to do it on purpose, because it is only that way round. What a scam! Another thing is, whenever I called them to ask for a product they claim no to have it. I tell them to go an check it. Than they act like they would have checked it, but actually they did not do anything and then insist on not having it. When I went over there few minutes later, because I did not believe them, I found it immediately. Since it happens several times, it was definitely not a mistake. It was purpose. Very lazy staff. I dont go there anymore.
