The staff at this store are amazing, Peter the manager makes my weekly shop that much better as he is always so helpful, friendly and cheerful. All the other staff are also amazing and this is hard to find in Dubai. Thank you for always delivering the best service!

Mark and Spencers is my go to store for clothes specially office dresses . Their quality of fabric is excellent. You can also shop for skin care, accessoriesand sleep ware all of which are very good quality too. Recently there was a sale if 25 to 75 % on most stuff which made my shopping more worthwhile .They have bakery and cafes in most branches where you can relax over a cup of coffee after a tiring shopping day. All in all a very good experience always

Very good quality of their clothes. I like it for formal like suits. Their food items are also nice and unique. The prices are very affordable when they are on sale. Some branches may have wider range of items than the others .

Love the kids section, especially the pyjamas. Also youre almost guaranteed to find offers on your every visit, though the offered items are not always the best.

Food court... my ultimate destination. But then im biased. Best bread and cakest and the best coffee deal in town

Marks and Spencer has done a great job with this branch, excellent fit out with all the essentials. Food section is the highlight with a large range of fresh and packaged foods. They have gone the extra mile to offer the fresh foods which are commonplace in their UK stores. They also have a fresh bakery with small cafe....an amazing deal with a coffee and pastry for just AED 15! Service and presentation is amazing. Highly recommended

I received a good service. Always love shopping for baked goodies at Marks and Spencer, especially if there are discounted ones. Coffee is good also here.

Decent food section. Men and womens clothing section. Parking is outside Marks & Spencer door so no need to walk far in the heat!

Food quality unbeatable. A pity that the place is so quiet that they have to sell many things every day reduced due to short expiry dates- although thats good for you if youre there at the right moment to get the deal.

This is a small marks and Spenser branch. They don’t have a lot of variety. The staff are very friendly and they also have the food section.

Small M & S store. Good choice of undergarments which they are famous for.

Its a place to go for, but better at Ibn Battuta Mall and not at the Mall of the Emirates ...

If you go a bit late the price on some fresh foods still good will be discounted. In general I go there to buy breads, and milk, the only milk I drink and I dont get sick. Not sure why local milk makes me sick, anyway, so food wise I strongly recommend, I also get some outfits and lingerie 3 times at least in a year, they have great quality stuffs that fits you well.

Today I opted for the hot chocolate + cake combo, I had carrot cake and both were amazing. The cake was so fresh...I could have had a 2nd piece😃

I visited Batutta Mall M&S.I entered there 20.35 almost and I saw the sales lady already removed the items with discount by scanner and told it is not possible to take it..By rules the shop works until 22.00 so the workers should remove all products after time.But not the shop is open and they tell it is finished.Means there is smthing strange as for the staff.In UK it is not like this.I can not give any star for that.

We went looking for mince pies, as M&S have the best selection in the UAE. We were not disappointed - 6 different types, including 2 gluten-free.

Great staff and customer service. If youre patient enough to might some of their clothes prices well reduced . However, their kids / babies section is kind of restricted, the reason I was re-directed to Mall of the Emirates since their branch there is bigger and it obviously has a better variety of kids clothes and accessories.

I enjoy the MS food. Good variety at quality.

If you need something from M&S, you will go to M&S, simple! But this one is not a huge store. So you wont find everything here. Their biggest one in Dubai is in Festival City, but if you love on this side of the town, this one is more convenient than the one in Mall of the Emirates -(read, easier to find parking!)

Love the selection of food! The desserts are quite nice and its great to be able to get all time favourites from United Kingdom. There is always a good selection of freshly baked pastries and good coffee at all the outlets.

I honestly dont understand their strategy in the Middle East. Theres more coats and wool sweaters than swimsuits and summer dresses! I understand its autumn in England, but its still 40 degrees here! The food is nice though.

The ibn batuta has a m&s foodhall.The store is small and stock limited but popular ones. You can reserve and pick up if the item is not available. Their kids section is very very minimal.
