Its a nice multi level Luxury store . This store offers you all the DESIGNER LABEL/BRANDS under 1 roof . From Apparel to bags from shoes to accessories. Perfumes to makeup. Everything is available.As its a high end store please expect prices to be expensive.They also have limited edition collection from brand which is not to be missed.They have done revamp of women footwear section on ground floor.

Today it’s our second visit to Harvey Nichole store in Emirates mall this place has variety of designers clothes and shoes extra.I bought two stone islands shirts which I was looking for so long.In Canada it’s hard to find this type Store that has everything in one 🛑.Their salesmen were very professionals and helpful and this place is much more quiet than other store who I visited during 1month stay, also so easy to browse around.The best Thing is they have male and female designers clothes and makeup items no need to visit several stores if u find Harvey Nichole.🤞 for revisiting.

Better come to this department store with big wallets because all the fancy designer brands are here and theyre cost a pretty penny.At this current time there are good sales on items the flagship stores dont offer so it is well worth the visit.The store is huge so enough room for movement which makes its very comfortable.

Harvey Nichols is one word for the ultimate luxurious shopping. Luxury branded shoes, leather bags, belts, perfumes, dresses are available in wide range. Those who are interested in collecting unique pieces of luxury brands can visit there. Very big showroom and staff members are very cooperative.

I am late in leaving this review, but back in mid july I visited the Tom Ford department looking for a gift for my wife. I was served by a very helpful and nice man called Taimour. He did not harass me to buy, but he was so nice I decided to. He made a small gift look like a great birthday gift for my wife and I am very grateful for that. He deserves recognition for his great service, so I hope Harvey Nichols sees this, and he is given praise as deserved. Thank you Taimour.

This past weekend I spent 995.00 on two Chanel counter items and was treated rudely by perfume counter employee Dina Ahmed.

We came to the store yesterday to buy a perfume as a gift. We had a look round for while and were happy to see they had a good range of niche fragrances in a particular section downstairs. When we went over to the section where the Ignitio and Memo is there were two men deep in conversation. They didn’t greet us and carried on their conversation. There aren’t any prices on the perfumes so we were confused and needed assistance but we were just ignored. We discussed buying one that we like the smell of, (one assistant was giving us dagger looks when we sprayed some but still no assistance and we were still ignored). As this wasn’t the one we originally came for and I wanted to be sure before I brought it, took a photo of the label to send to my brother in law so he could look up about the perfume. The assistant finally stopped his conversation and rudely walked over to us and said we were not allowed to take photos of his products, I apologised and explained the reason and said that we needed assistance please. He rudely asked if we wanted anything or if not we should leave. I’ve never ever been spoken to like that! We’ve brought a lot of perfumes from this mall and this is the worst service I’ve had anywhere in the world! In was seriously shocked!We left here and had to go to the Dubai Mall where we were served very well and we brought two Initio perfumes.If the assistants can’t be bothered to do their job then there needs to be more information on the products so customers can serve themselves.I wouldn’t shop in that particular department again. Management - check the cameras and see what I mean!

Visited this shop today to buy my wife a gift. I have to say the staff were exceptional and really went above and beyond to assist. Im sure I didnt get the best price but the help I was given made it worthwhile. Thats the good bit. On a more negative note, the mens clothing department doesnt really cater for the taller or the more portly chap; rather they only stock clothes for slimmer, short guys. As I said to the Filipino sales guy: when I was younger and much slimmer I couldnt afford such clothes; now Im older and more affluent the high end clothes they do sell dont fit me! Oh well...back to M&S as always..

Worst experience ever, the guy Named Farrukh doesnt even know how to talk and he kept changing the prices. I would highly recommend not to visit them.
