My favourite clothing and grocery shop. Good quality clothing and proper, nice imported British food items in the grocery store at the back of the shop. Really, really great. Only thing I would say they should improve is the pricing on the clothes, I would buy the whole store if the clothes were a bit cheaper.

Its a pity that the markups demanded by the franchisee and transport overheads result in M&S clothing simply being expensive here. That totally destroys their fundamental value proposition which M&S built their UK success on during the last century. Consequently their shops in UAE and sadly quiet as few people are prepared to pay these prices just to get M&S quality guarantees. I like the food dept but, again, the local markup here makes their products expensive so I mostly only buy the items which have been greatly discounted due to imminent expiry. The other reason I go there is because its the only place here you can buy crumpets. And if you dont know what a crumpet is, you havent lived.

I loved M&S food in London especially baked goods, sweets and chocolate milk. Theres not much of anything in Dubai but still it is great to have M&S there.

Theres always something to shop for at M&S and the prices are reasonable. I love the new offerings at the food shop.

Bought a few items in Marks and Spencer for a birthday present. The customer rep Zulfiya was just amazing. She was polite, welcoming and very patient. She gift-wrapped everything beautifully and apologised for the time it took when she really didnt have to.Nice food section and also nice quality clothing.Great customer service.

I did not know Marks and Spencer had a convenience store inside the clothing section!We went in as it was closer than Carrefour to our parking spot. The area was neat and clean, all items were correctly stocked and arranged.We waited 5 minutes at the desk to check out, but there was no one there. We asked someone about how to check out, they told us to go check out at the regular clothing section... Felt weird carrying a basket of food inside the clothing store.

Christmas is at M&S...trees, baubles and cards. Apart from that area and clothing area, there is a small food section with good selection of mainly imported foods.

Marks and Spencer store located in the Mall of the Emirates is a nice spacious store having the standard Marks and Spencer items. Stylish clothing for all. Generally price discounts are available on most items except the very latest. Good ambience and set up. Courteous and helpful staff. Non intrusive shopping style. You need help. Ask for it. Worth a visit.

I reviewed m & S following a store request post a visit - my review was negative about the customer service which i feel has declined during my 5 years in Dubai with a few exceptions. I do agree that you are left alone to shop which i really appreciate as i detest being hassled and followed around when shopping. I also purchased 2 sale items and when i returned home my partner advised i should have received a third free under their current offer. The GM kindly called me post my review full of apology, hoping id be back etc- he reminded me of a shortage of staff under Covid- which i didnt need thank you i am aware of current situations and this was not the lack of customer service i referred to ! He did not offer to make good my purchase by offering me the third free item - he did state he would speak to the till salesperson as they should have reminded me but it would have been a nice gesture to have been offered the item i was entitled to !

I went to marks and spencer in mall of emirates for a suit for my wedding. Their friendly staff helped me decide the color and design. i cant be ever thankful to your dedicated team.

Im a big fan of M&S but this outlet isnt the best. First of all, there was a limited selection in terms of sizes in comparison to other branches in Dubai. Then, there were tons of products incorrectly tagged with promotions and when we took to the till it was tagged by mistake. On top of that, we took a piece to to the till that was labelled 75 AED and the cashier said it was labeled wrong and should be 85AED. It was odd, the price displayed on the tag and the one she wanted to charge didnt match and the whole line was mislabeled. Unless nobody had purchased anything from any of those lines all day (we were there at closing time) then how come they never noticed so many products were tagged incorrectly? We argued that we were paying the tagged prices since these were the ones displayed. In the end we got annoyed, only took a part of what we originally intended. Store management needs to have a word with the store floor ladies!

A bit expensive, but excellent choice of clothes from both men and women! The food section looks great...Will try that out next!
