Found Dr Shajahans clinic via google as I needed urgent treatment.I was pleasantly surprised at the overall pain-free experience. His jovial nature made the procedure comfortable.

Overall experience with Doc shajahanIs good..very charming and professional,BUT BE CAREFULL WITH THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION!!! No proper information very unprofessional with an attitude..she pretends NOT to understand english..i went to the clinic as a walkin on the 15th of may. 2021.to enquire about charges for my root canal treatment.as i wanted it to be treated soon but the doc was not available so i was attennded bu some nurse.who informed me to come back when doc will be there. She recommended me some painkillers...BRUFENand the lady at the reception told me to take some xray so as they will inform the doc how deep my root canal is .for him to give me the treatment..and i should start my treatment soon..so i paid 200aed on that day, the lady said it will be waved off on my package soon as i start my treatment which was total cost of 950aed..until my 2nd visit after my treatment is done she instead said otherwise..my concern is ItS ITS NOT RIGHT TO MISGUIDE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY NOW DURING COVID U DONT KNOW HOW THAT PERSON IS GETTING THE MONEY AT THIS TOUGH TIMES..DONT MISGUIDE..IF I KNEW it would have been this costly..i would have tried another clinic.JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IS IN PAIN AND DESPERATE TO GET TREATMENT YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE!! SO please dont do that to someone else..Give proper information to patients..the guy in there is an awesome doc shajahan dont ruin that to people..because i dont think i can visit there again

Smile Essential is my go to dental clinic because of the doctors service and expertise. I have got done two root canal and fixed two crowns, one in 2016(still intact) and gold crown on July 2020. Dr. Shahjahan does his job effortlessly and his nurses support him well. Thumbs up for their amicable service and I recommend if you need good, effortless & painless treatment. Cost depends on the treatment.
