Mohammed Mandy helped magically to get the item in same date which his colleague cancelled giving reasons almost impossible to deliver on same date. I was supposed to get delivery on 7th aug but when driver called me and suggested to bring at 7 pm and when I called at 7pm he told he won’t be able to deliver that day and said he will deliver next day. But on 8th no one called me and in the evening when I called the previous day driver the driver said no one called and next day on 8th when I called the call center the previous 2 customers service representative said can’t be delivered because the items is in Dubai and the first one was too rude and seems like she doesn’t even works to serve the customer or to help the customers. But finally when I spoke to Mohammed he tried and find a way to bring the item to Abu Dhabi and did coordinated with me and went and picked the item. Due to him I forgot all the hassles that I got from the previous individual I dealt with. He was amazing over the pone too. He deserves to best customers service representative who is there to help the customers fulfilling the needs. Thanks Mohmmed and god bless always.

I have never written any bad reviews but this service made me write one!The worst service I have ever faced. The pick up was scheduled for the same day and there was no update on when it will be picked up. Later that day the pick up was cancelled at their own interest without informing me. When I gave them a chance for the next day pick up - the same happened and they never came to pick up until 8 pm. They dont pick up, they dont share the driver details in the app and they are not updates if they are unable to pick it on time.The worst ever service I have used in Dubai.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL.. Non-Professional Staff to Arrange delivery on assigned time..I book delivery time between 9-3pm. I followed up @ 2pm and I informed the driver and costumer service that they need to send item before 3:30 because the receiver will leave @ 3:30 pm.. but still they did not care about it. Since they did not reach on the said time I told them to prioritize delivery on the next day first thing in the morning.. their delivery timing is 9am so I was expecting it will be delivered @ 9:30-10am.. still when I followed-up @10am the driver is not yet assigned!! SO DO NOT TELL ME THAT DELAY IS ONLY 1HOUR!!!

Terrible terrible customer service. The drivers are rude. The customer service doesn’t answer.I once had a driver tell me they’ve delivered the items and it was never delivered which caused a huge issue.I paid for deliveries via card and it’s been days of me asking for a refund and they wouldn’t refund me.It’s just horrible in general. Would not recommend there are so many other great companies for delivery, not shyft.

I have used SHYFT to pick up one of my accessories which I accidentally left at my friends home in Dubai. The customer support was responsive in whatsapp chat and booking experience was smooth. This is not my first time using Shyft sending stuff to dubai . But I was so disappointed for the timings of pick -up .the confirmation was 1pm-5pm . And I have to wait until 8:30pm.the pick-up guy Name Chami! Is very RUDE! He is not professional at all. I was asking him to park properly because I want to see him puting sticker on my parcel . But instead he is shouting me that why I am not trusting him.!? Why should I? My parcel is very important. He’s not even wearing uniform as I used to see with others . Very unreliable. They say it’s “next day delivery” but what they mean is “next day delivery that is available for booking.” They confirmed the date (that I did not agree on) after I booked and paid. Never dealing with them again.

My order pickup was confirmed and got a message also. I waited for the whole day and noone came to pick and it was an urgent document. Next day also no response from them and when I called up the CCE informed they dont deliver to Jafza. Then why did they confirm when the order was placed? Also the rejection was not at all informed to me. When i called up to find why there is a delay in pick up I was informed about the rejection. Atleast a professionalism of updating the customers should be maintained. When I asked why they didnt inform me the same day, the CCE said Logistics team rejected and was talking like I did a crime by asking for Jafza delivery. Very poor Customer Service and not professional at all.

Amazing guys. I needed quite complicated chain of deliveries with few very specific conditions. When I messaged them I was sure they will reject all my complicated conditions or will charge me alot for non-standard requirement. But, not at all! They deeply listenined to me, and just in 10 minutes of confirmed me that they will do it for me. The delivery was made on time without any issue. Also, you could track the driver on map to know where he is exactly. Its very convenient! And all of this just for 25 dhs per delivery.

I have used the services of Shyft twice now and both times, their service has been great. The pick up and delivery was on time in both occasions. Thanks to Mahadir who picked up the package both times and Diju for facilitating the service successfully for Shyft. I would definitely recommend their service and would continue using it when I have to get things delivered.

Very bad service, I booked for a shipment delivery next day from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah and it clearly stated on the website that I will be getting it on Friday around 6 pm. when I checked with the whatsapp assistant, he told me that it will only be delivered by Sunday!! I even showed them the screen shot on the website and the booking reference stating the same expected delivery date. no response and poor management and until now its not resolved.

Such a nightmare sending document from this courier. Just from sharjah to al Ain it’s been 10 days now and still not delivered. I needed my document urgently and they didn’t prompt to deliver. Poor quality of service, if I can only give 0 star that’s what I will give. Better to close your company

I have lived in Dubai since 2009 and used literally every delivery company, and by far Shyft has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order with share the love to create and deliver a Mothers Day for my wife, as it was her 1st time celebrating Mothers Day, and your delivery service ruined our day. From 9am this morning I missed several calls from your driver whilst I was at work, I finally called him back after 10am, he fed me lie after lie, promising me he will be delivering my card to my home, as he will be near my area, he left me waiting with hope thinking I would be receiving my card within an hour, I called him 3 times throughout the day, and again, he continued to reply with lie after lie, until after 7pm, I finally had enough, and asked for his exact location, got in my car, and drove to meet him in Oasis City 2, which is over 25minutes away from me. Going out of my way to pick up a package that I paid for delivery. Your driver represents your company when he is on the road, making and receiving calls, he showed no sign of professionalism, and consistently lied to me. There was no attempt of an apology when I met him face to face to collect my card. In Dubai, we thrive to be the best at everything, in every field, its a shame your company does not follow in the same footsteps, especially when it comes to customer service and hiring of your staff.

Booked and paid, the driver showed up 2 hours late failed to collect. I then booked a Careem at half the price who delivered to me in 30 minuets. The customer service was a whatsapp bot that couldn’t even give an answer. Careem 10 out of 10 shyft 0 out of 10. Do not waste your time just use Careem.

Had bad experience with these clowns. They delivered box one way and refused to deliver same box back stating it is oversized. Tried to get explanation why it is oversized if weight and dimension within the limit but the only answer was that it doesnt fit the car.

Understandable why they pick up late. The customer service is very apologetic, Live location tracking and outstanding delivery. Just make your critics a stepping stone to improve the quality of your service. Stay safe.

Used them for the first time for a customer delivery from jvc to RAK. Booking went smoothly and I committed to my customer that he will receive it by Monday as promised by the online portal .I receive a call this morning to let me know they can’t deliver Monday and should reach by Tuesday/Very disappointed by this service as perhaps this is how shyft runs their business with slack but that’s not how I run mine. A sorry isn’t going to mend my commitment to my customer.Shyft better shift their business to a proper princess time line system before they go bust. These clerical errors could cost us end customers money as we run businesses not a fish shop.Update 5pm - despite booking a van for my item driver turns up in a Corolla and is unable to pick up my item:The most disappointing experience ever with a courier company .Will never use or recommend these guys to anyone.

Honest review base on my current experience as of this writing.Misleading service.Website booking is not working, after repeatedly filling up the form i give up and contacted them thru whatsapp.They ask for apologies for inconvenience. 1 star for that.So they try to book it on their side... waiting... 1min ... 2mins... 3mins... they ask for details to book, then i give them immediately, waiting... 1min ...3mins...5mins.. then okay lets waitttttt...The response time though will make you end the conversation because even if its the status is already seen your waiting time roughly around 5-10minutes and sometimes you need to message them again to let them know that you are waiting for their response.(Customer service bad)Why 1 star? thats for apologizing.I spent more an hour to them only to find out they can not pickup and deliver. But on their website they offer service Light cargo which is less than under 50kg allowed.(False information is bad) they should add a clear details.Not really recommended unless they fix the customer service, misleading services on their website.
