Isnt true that they do Next day delivery.as a company we have a low amount of shipments and theyre always late, or none delivered. one day, they holded the order in their warehouse for days until you we asked them what happened and the answer was: the address is incomplete but they never contacted the receiver or the sender. other day they mix the address and delivered to another person, the answer was we had to figure it out how to solve it.

Not delivered the order on time. Calls were not attended even after multiple attempts. If there is too much delay keep the customers informed. Don’t say same day delivery and deliver after 2 days.

I called three times to check the status of package, all with the same response, that they will call back to tell the status, no one called back from the customer service.Jeebly delivered the item without calling me. They called after they gave the laptop to anyone who opened the door. They should have called upon delivery, at least I can speak to the person who received the package. They should at least be extra cautious especially that my package is a laptop.Also, they do not deliver after 6pm.

I cannot recommend Jeebly enough. I had been having a nightmare trying to find a reliable and timely delivery service from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. I have quite specific requirements for the delivery and pick up dates and they havent failed to deliver (literally). The gentleman I have been liasing with is Ajaz and the service has been amazing. He follows up and makes sure everything is correct and it all just works fantastically. I have found with other companies they didnt understand or were able to deliver the package on time for me as it can be a bit complicated now with Covid. If you need something delivered efficiently and on time, Jeebly are the one.
