This rating is for the delivery person Mr. James. The website I placed my order on lacked any sort of scheduling/ETA for my order and it was only obvious that the delivery would reach at an unsuitable time. Mr. James is an absolute star - he went out of his way to ensure I received my order. Truly appreciate his effort and his dedication for his job!

If there was an option for - stars, that would go to shipa DELIVERY for their extremely incompetent customers service and delivery staffs. I experience a lack of professionalism when I gave clear instructions bit they just couldnt. DELIVERY still pending as of now after 3 days of giving the same instructions.Train your staff to do their job properly or close your doors for the same. When people expect a parcel, its because they need it, not for you to store it for them.

I called your CS line, not very helpful. I just got frustrated.I asked for a manager call since yesterday and I did not get any call back.I asked for notes on my previous calls and your agents did not log my complaints and comments. Your service very bad. You have my card for 5 days now and still failed to deliver it to me. That is my personal property and I have the right to have it. It is not as if your delivery service from the bank is free and you can just deliver it whenever you feel like doing it. Your service is inefficient and your customer service is completely useless.

Horrible service. First of all the delivery guy doesnt bother calling me comes to my house like 8-9 am rings the bell 10 times after each other then drops it on the door and runs away. i filed a complaint and they emailed back saying provide us with your number, its been almost 10 days no one bothered replying, following up, nothing. Worst experience ever with this courier. Yesterday I signed up with Du telecom. The Du team says 11am Thursday morning delivery at my work address. Midnight Thursday 0:01 there were three.misseebcalls and 3 notifications saying I missed delivery. No one came in at 11am to the clinic. Totally unprofessional. I still dont have my Sim card!

Worst courier ever exist on the earthI did not face such a lazy courier, disorganized and incompetent.Unfortunately many big companies in UAE use them as main courier to distribute and deliver their products from online shopping, so one has no choice to avoid them.I do not think they have a management even, otherwise they would react and response to customers bad reviews which are fulling the net especially Google.But again, as long as the big companies keep feeding them, they will continue to deliver cheap service, this what you get when you decide to go cheap, cheap service.

Utterly disgusting service! The customer care is highly unprofessional they rudely asked me What is the problem here? (Omran). Seriously I told the company (Brands for Less) delivering to put a note stating delivery timings from 6-7pm only as I am at work and the COD was over 100AED, therefore I need to be around to handover the cash. Does your company think my front doorstep is an ATM machine, where I can just leave money lying around? Disgusting that the audacity your customer service has to reschedule the delivery to suit your convenience, thanks to your companys unprofessionalism and the lack of etiquette with your staff, brands for less just lost another customer! They collected delivery fee twice from me. I paid thru debit card and when the delivery guy came, again he ask for payment because the office told him its not paid yet. This is the second time that I experienced this and today I felt like they should do something about this.

By far the worst courier company in the UAE if not the world!!! Beyond incompetent. If I could give them less than one star I would. They never show up on time, they never follow up, and you have to call numerous times and follow up with them to have any shipment delivered. I would never use their services but a third party I buy from unfortunately does. I am actually thinking of never buying from them again because of the ordeal I have to go through everytime I have to deal with this courier company to receive my items. Avoid at all costs!!!

Seriously one of the worst courier companies I have ever come across. Their drivers despite having google maps do not have the intelligence to use it. Two days I have been waiting in for them to deliver a simple SIM card. Driver calling ever 5 minutes asking for directions which were given, then driver gets angry at me... the customer! At 9 pm driver tells me he is in front of the property when he is actually miles away. Then he turns off his phone and gives up for another day. Why big companies like DU use these cowboys I have no idea??

Courrier Passed near my location and didnt call. I needed the item urgently and called call center to provide me courrier number and I wanted to go collect it from him but they refuse to provide me his number.

As a UAE citizen that has dealt with all forms of incompetence, immature startups and professional courier services, this company is by far the worst. Avoid it like the plague. I have placed an order of items being shipped from my company going to a CEO of our partner firm only to be faced with delays, excuses and lies. I was embarrassed. I called the company several times being told first the package will be delivered at 4:30. At 5 I was told they can deliver it at night. I had to give them the CEO’s address to get it shipped. Terrible, unprofessional and incompetent people. Stick with other companies like Fetchr. Otherwise my advice as far as our country is concerned, deliver it yourself or hire your own driver and save your self the headache. This company needs to be shutdown as soon as possible.

Worst delivery service in dubai. I have ordered from multiple online shop here in dubai, but this courier is the worst. if they feel lazy to deliver your item, they will mark that you were unreachable and you have to reschedule your delivery. they have moved my delivery schedule twice now without even try to reach me.

Failed to pick up my items two time in a week. With not even a call to let me know the driver will not come. When I called, I was told politely they will check with the driver and call back. No one bothered to call so my experience with them was very disappointing.

The absolute worst courier I have dealt with since 18 years in the UAE, 2 identical items going to the same address for over 1 week, everything driver calls and just says that he is not bothered to come to my location and hangs up, next thing my delivery is scheduled for for the next day, and this happened for 1 whole week, they claim to report the driver but after 7 supposedly reported drivers I would think that someone manages to deliver the packages

I would say I had issues with delay , but Mr Mahmoud was following up with me every day until I got the order.
