We had urgent document delivery to Abu Dhabi from Dubai.. Thursday afternoon.. On Saturday they deliver it to Abu Dhabi and updated us that they deliver the document already

Drivers were exceedingly rude and no one picks up the phone. Its an embarrassment that Amazon uses this company. I had to call 7 times to even get someone to come and when they did they were unprepared. Amazon should find a new company immediately.

Terrible service. Their courier was unprofessional, rude, difficult, and even threatening to me when I insisted on knowing his name so that I could file a complaint. (He threatened to call the police on me when I kept insisting.) The companys customer support has not been receptive to any of my complaints, too. I would advise you to avoid working with this company.

The company is AMAZING, dilevery is always on time and I received my package only in 2 hours .

All these ratings and Souq/Amazon still choose to deal with this company. Horrible service and shipment is too delayed. Hire more drivers or be more transparent on when the customer will receive the shipment.

Driver just claimed that my phone was switched off. Very convenient. They just don’t understand the meaning of customer service. No idea why Wing / Amazon allows them to do deliveries.

A parcel company who are unreachable and offer a very poor service.Parcel never arrives on time even when you have paid to be delivered on a day. I paid extra and the parcel has not arrived despite promises made by Souq, Wing, and the courier company itself.How they are still operating and being used by Souq is a mystery.

I wasnt at home in the first attempt of delivery of the delivery man, i told him i will be at home until one hour he said he will get back to me, but 5pm came i am calling him and he doesnt even answering my call and keeps on cancelling it.. i even arranged for a same day delivery which i will be charged an extra payment.. at it was supposed to be a birthday gift i will give at that very same day.. unreliable!

Very unprofessional and pathetic updates..Delivery staff is so irresponsible and even the incharge of Abudhabi area..As there was no tracking facilities managed to get the contact number for incharge in Abudhabi and contacted and the response is very pathetic..Will never deal with such a irresponsible team

I have ordered a shipment and It took 2 hours to be at my place.LOVED IT

Their driver who was assigned to me was very rude and unsympathetic.I was supposed to receive a parcel from Souq through the Wing app. I paid for next-day delivery only to find out that it will be delivered the day after because Quick Sends driver refused to deliver in my area because its just one item.I would understand that if I did not pay for a next day delivery. I would understand that if my item was less than AED 500. But my item was above AED 2000.I hope you can make your drivers understand what is the meaning of next-day delivery and URGENT. It is so frustrating especially when you vacated your schedule for the entire evening just to wait for their driver who happened to be so arrogant.

Rang the doorbell ONCE and didnt even bother to call me like every courier service in Dubai. Lazy drivers. No knowledge of Dubai at all. Another reason is that he has the time to go on his phone and submit through his app that I am not available.i call him back and he does not answer. I hope you the owner can control your people.

Disgusting service... the guy is sooo late and never comes, even when he is near my area, he seems to go away into another area, making my delivery very very late.

Disgusting and ridiculous courier, id prefer buying from a store just to avoid the fact that souq uses them. Same Day shipping my a**. the last 3 updates happened at the same time and i never got a call.
