They have free parking space with direct access to the market. Very well sanitized and maintains safe distancing at counters. Very friendly staffs. They also arrange free home delivery with in the radius of the supermarket.

Always a frequent customer to this supermarket friendly face everytime. however today the cashier (counter 2 invoice 17) due to busy times scanned someones items with mine, her attitude was very unpleasing after that and used very insulting bad words and cursing can’t even repeat what she was saying, Very Bad Customer Service.

I appreciate the service offered by your entity and im a regular customer.As a customer i would like to share an experience i had experienced just awhile ago. We called up the landline number and asked the gentleman attend our call to connect the fish section and so he did and we ordered prawns and also mentioned the name of person who will be collecting the same . They noted it and the call ended. After that we called up again the same number asking for the closing time since it’s Ramadan. The person who attended said its 6:30 Madeena close fr prayer. So we reached there by 6:10 and the security said we are closed. This is really not acceptable. The information passed to customers should be correct and on point. Then we accepted the fact and went back .Thereafrer we came around 7 pm to collect our fish order. The staff at counter said they haven’t received the order at all. That was so unacceptable and very unprofessional and this is wasting ofa persons time. Please take time to train your staffs well and teach the telephone Etiquette so as to it doesn’t question the reputation of the firm.Please train them to pass correct information also if placed any orders try to note it instead of just saying we haven’t received any. I respect the team Madeena but as a customer would like to bring these points into notice.

They must have a different equipment for the beef and chicken and staff should not touch the beef and chiken with the same glubs or with Same bare hands.I was there today and ask the man for a chicken and saw the second man was handling beef with 1 hand glubs and 1 without after finishing the beef he satrat to cut the chicken I request him to change the glubs or wash the hand he give me a very bad answerAnd he ask another man to deal with meAfter I saw theme using the same equipmentSo ask him polataly to cancel my order and left the shop. They should trained there staf regarding food CondaminationVERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I am a regular customer from the starting of this supermarket.This supermarket is now went to a high level. Because here we are getting all items such as food and beverages, dresses, house hold items, electronics, mobiles or accessories, fish, meats and Oottupura ready made foods service also...The another great thing is, due to Covid-19 they are maximum maintain limited customers, social distances and providing sanitizers and golves also. Moreover they are support us home deliveries if purchased more than dhs25.Free parking facility is also available behind the supermarket.The only one negative point is the staffs are not supporting the customers completely especially if someone asking a help to get the product, they will only tell us the location but not ready to come with us to show. So I give 4 stars rating.

Today I have purchased lot of household items from new Madina super market while I was paying my bill I asked the cashier can you please deliver my food stuff to my building which is located next to new madina building and the guy was was horrible and having very negative attitude doesn’t Even respect the valuable customer I am a regular customer for madina the experience which I had today it was a pathetic too much attitude.Dear respected madina management please take care of your staff or else people will react and you will loose your valuable customers like me, now I am really thinking whether I should buy from madina or should I look some other super markets

Dear Team,I would like to bring into ur notice the incident happened with me today in ur bur dubai rolla street store.1) There are 4type of milk brand kept in offer and only 2 are been merchandise there is no amount mention on any of the packet or whole over the store.2) When i came to counter with Lacnor that was 8dhm if u buy for 100 dhm i under stand that it is 8dhm only if purchased of 100 but the counter people are not aware of the brand amount i asked what are amounts of other brand she told a kabayan lady u want to buy this buy or else i dont know.she is telling its not my concern ask service counter. Service counter guy wants me to bring all 4 product and then he will tell me the amount when i asked him u want me to do that he replied if u want then u have to.3) when i went back to the place and toon unikai and asked the othr counter guy he told me 10.20 then i went for billing to other counter he say 11.95.4) when i went back to that counter he refuses to say 10.20 which he showed me in system, i told him to show back he is not ready to punch in system. All this incident happened from 1:20pm to 1:40pm 17th January 2020The floor Supervision is uterly rubbish.He is not aware what is going on in the store no merchandising staff not trainedService counter wow what is service. This is what the service u give then good keep it up i will inform n number of people then let them decide u guys cant do anything.
