Well done. Got my chocolate delivered from Abu dhabi to Fujairah on same day in perfect condition. I ate up way too much of their time and they still were able to deliver as promised and with great customer service. You wont find anyone better.

If you want happy customers with timely delivery, stay away. They put us at hardship ever since we started working with them.Constant excuses for why deliveries are late or why they havent picked up items with appalling you did not remind us comments as if it is our job to make sure we tell them twice. I contacted management with zero follow-up to my complaints. My main concern is how often they do this to customers. They couldnt care less, there are better couriers out there.

Never ever trust this organization. They accepted a package from us at 10 AM in the morning today 16/02/2021 and agreed the same will be delivered to Tarif Abudhabi before 8 pm. At 6 pm they called and said they cannot deliver the package and this will be returned. This was a very important package and this organization have handled the whole situation really really bad.An organization with zero professionalism and accountability. And the worst of all they have not even returned the cake yet.To the owners response below the cake was just returned at 7:57 PM after being picked up at 10 AM. Also the AED 50 we paid for delivery has not been returned and ofcourse we lost the order and lost the amount spend making it and above all the effort was wasted really really unprofessional dealing. We clearly mentioned the address and we have proof for it its just that we had to pay for it due to your unprofessionalism.

They always change the order or not communicate customer and some time at the night they return the item and say they cant deliver beacause its far!!So when you deal with get give company plzz careful.And when you deal with them they will promise lots of thinks but when its comes to practical they are fake.. even they dont agree even their mistakes..Fake company.. not preffotional managementStaff are good but they havent given proper training

But thankfully everything has been resolved right away. Id like to give a big shout out to one of their employees Mrnalini who was very kind and patient to help me through and through and handled the issue very well. They always keep the items with them without delivering them. Twice happens with desertcart. My orders is out for delivery but this courier will deliver it the following day. Poor service.

Never again to purchase in Dessertcart UAE as this courier company they sending the parcel is so poor and so slow . I was expecting my parcel since Sunday and until now it is not being delivered to me. They are saying it is accidentally send to Abu Dhabi my parcel and that was Sunday. When I tracked the shipment its already in their warehouse in Al Qusais Dubai. Now I called them to follow-up if it will be delivered today between 2-5pm and this lady told me it will be tomorrow. I am really pissed of coz this people everyday they are promising something and the next day its different thing. I even asked them that I will just take my parcel by myself as I need this urgently even I paid 25AED for the shipping and I keep asking them where is their exact location unfortunately they can not give it to me. When I started to blow up and raise my voice out of frustration they told me its still in Abu Dhabi?.What seriously? for 3 days still in Abu Dhabi? I thought its in Qusais as what is written on the tracking shipment. So why these people putting wrong information on the tracking shipment?. Why they have to lie to their clients?. You have to work better to give customer satisfaction if you want your company to grow otherwise you will lose clients and your credibility.
