A true Hermitage experience — in Dubai

One of the most professional dance studio in Dubai. As a dancer Im very happy to see how teachers are giving yourself completely to work. They treat clients with great love, so the atmosphere in this studio is like home - warm, light and very cozy.

I would never go there again and wouldnt advise anybody to do it. I found offer for one class for 45AED which is not bad for industrial area where this school located, later on when I had a class there I was told to pay 99AED plus VAT which is just awfully and made me mad. I wasnt even told the class will cost more than 100aed. Stop fraud please and treat people in a better way not in your tricky way.If you plan to have class later in the evening do not forget to hire bodyguard as this area is so dark and there many suspicious people around. Look for other school and area as well

Amazing experiences, from the front desk to the Dance instructor, they are so friendly and welcoming me with a good vibes. Especially that I never dance before, yet now after a few classes I started to understand the music. Really recommended, Arthur’s are superb with more then 30 years of dancing experience, he is super fun, and always made my hectic day ending with relaxation. Studio?? Superb!! To say that Palais De Danse has changed my life is an understatement.. from the friendly welcoming staff handling the operations, to the guys always around offering you a drink with a smile, and most importantly my instructor, Palais De Danse feels like home. No matter the day you have had, you leave with a smile and looking forward to the next challenge. I would say it’s been thrilled experience to visit this studio as a guest, but I would draw attention on the few points. Ballroom is big and has enough place to dance even if there is few more couples but I haven’t seen anybody. Dance tutor speaks better Russian rather than English and I had complications to understand him which makes my education more challenge and complicated. Overall atmosphere is a little bit tense due to the hard interaction. I would rather search for studio where I wouldn’t have any language difficulties.

Brilliant place, people and dance school. Simply the best dance studio in the entire GCC and Middle East. The actual studio is probably one of the best in the world with a fabulously sprung floor; the stage lighting is world class and even the coffee and cake shop is incredible ! But most of all it is the staff that make this place what it is. All of them are best in class and outstanding. I have been dancing here since the day they opened their doors and was the best decision ever.If you want to dance, this is the place.

I got to know of this studio through one of its instructors Artur and am so glad I went to take my trial lesson. It has the biggest dance floor is an understatement, for a dancer its a dream come true. Everyone from the cafe attendants to the administrators to the instructors and to the owners themselves are warm and gracious. For an anxious and impatient dancer like me they have chosen the right techniques to train me, one that works for me. Thank you

A wonderful studio with positive vibes - clean - perfect floor and size, especially for standard dancers. Teachers and full team are nothing short than fully professional. Lovely owners whose passion is to dance - they are about making ballroom dancing accessible to the community - this is new in Dubai and very welcomed by students of all levels. Perfect location - easy to get to - great cafes around and arty centers. Plenty of free parking. In all, the passion that has been poured into this studio is from the heart.

I have never been very good at dancing, but after a few lessons with the Dance Instructors I already felt more confident with my steps and timing.I have 7 lessons left, and will let you know how it goes.I really like the decor inside and it is a very unique experience and some great coffee.

Palais de Danse is a wonderful place with great people and amazing teachers. The ballroom is huge and furnished with an elegant taste, all the teachers are very professional and they all have the ability not only to make you dance just after few lessons, but also to transmit their passion for dance. The owners and all the people working there are really warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is always joyful. I recommend this amazing dance school to all people who love dancing in a beautiful and professional environment.

Amazing friendly ambient. Best instructors in Dubai after all the trials. Teaching the dance is different than being dancer, and thats what PdD is good at. Also, the best thing ever here, is the shows; you have to ask about it

Disappointed as I was eager to go then I went for the free dance day to see they kept pushing for only private sessions instead of group and it was so commercialI’ll never go there

Hello everyone. Hope this feature will help everybody to take right decision and choice between the dance studios. I wish to say that I have been working as a dance teacher and that’s why I am so familiar with all below details.Firstly, I could admit that Palaise De Danse has free classes for a students and provides selectively with no sense as any job or efforts have to be encourage and paid, isn’t it? You will never ever find high quality service or consumer goods for free as everyone knows it has value which has to be covered and gives back by some income as an appreciation for human efforts or invested components. So, think about why its free of charge… Or maybe its charity? If its charity, then why the classes or some provided services are chargeable and selective from person to person… it came to the second point…Secondly, if you are student from Arthur Murray, Dance for you, Dancestudios JLT you will be selected person and will proposed to come and have some complimentary dancing sessions to look around new studio and pulled from other studio. You could say, “why not” and its good marketing… yes agree… but let’s get back to the first point, how it could be valuable and sensible service if there are no payment and free of charge….. Apart from this have a look how many students have stayed from the above mentioned dance studios and how many has been left after. Hook on doesn’t work with sensible and right thinking people.Thirdly, I was surprised when I was hired how does this school was established and how they target students. The general aim was based on the students who is taking dance classes in the different dance schools rather to find their own customers. I reckon it just a matter of not having the right marking schemes and staff to deal with. Does it show the other does better than this…I guess so. If some business can’t cope with the high competitive level, then there is only one way to pull others and duplicate something.Fourthly, I was fired for a reason that somebody had to join this studio and brought something to them. Later on I figure out it was couple of dance teachers who was also pulled from another dance studio in Dubai and I think, the purpose to bring some more students from there instead to find their own, so for that reason I was terminated and told to no longer continue service with them as I have no students to bring in. I’ve heard it should be the path to obtain more people from dance schools. Apparently my work was over and even wouldn’t began? I wasn’t even applied legally for a residency as well as the other staff, therefore there are many people who works as a freelancers.At the end I reveal that principal of this dance school was taking dance classes in the dance studio from where she left but there are many dancing medias which left and proved this statement and then let’s have a question which service and dance education can be provided by the person who hasn’t dance experience since childhood and hasn’t graduated as a dance teacher, how you can take people to the dancing and running the dance school if you were not belonging to the dance community since the early age and don’t know internal details, that is my point of view and it will be your choice of the school to take you to your dancing goal. Took my first lesson today. Highly recomend this classy place!Really impressive interior, very high seeling, best sound with dj, and parquet that Ive never seen in any other school.For today I danced with Sergey, and for sure it was most plesant and resultative lesson ever. We did latin dances, and he not only tought me pas, but also new the story of each dance, what was so useful and nice.For sure, will go on coming.
