Rituals is one of my favorite stores to buy scented items but this is the worst branch. The retail staff gauge you before deciding to help and this has happened on various occasions. Ive had a staff member look down at the shopping bag in my hand to see whats inside before helping. Ive had a staff member look at me and turn the other way to do something else although I was the only customer. As I was buying a gift this week, the member misinformed me on the City Centers gift wrapping service instead of providing me with useful information. Its a pity that the staff here tarnish Rituals brand.
